Whenever we have any printer issues, one of their technicians would come and fix it, often times, within 1 hour. Perhaps it helps that they are located less than 15 minutes from our office. Our printers would "call home" if there are any problems, and toners would arrive 3 to 4 weeks prior to running out completely. “Martin has been the most amazing help in fixing up my typewriter. I acquired my first typewriter on eBay but I knew it needed to be cleaned up. I wanted to take care of it. I called around and found him to be the closest!
I brought it in the next day and he was so honest. He told me I didn't need to get it fixed, and that it worked. I appreciated his honesty, and I knew my typewriter worked, but wanted to get it thoroughly cleaned and serviced just in case. So I told him he was the person for the job.
Two weeks later, I got my typewriter and it has been amazing. When I got home, I was writing so many letters on it. I got so excited that there was a spring that snapped and I didn't know how to fix it, so I took it back in to Martin. He fixed it within two hours and didn't charge me at all. While I was waiting, he let me look at the other typewriters he had and was so gracious to show me what he was doing and currently working on.
I have been so grateful to come across someone as lovely as Martin. I will keep coming back because my love for typewriters continues to grow. This won't be my last typewriter, and it won't be my last time seeing Martin! :)
