The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful.Unfortunately they didn't have all the parts I needed.He informed me they could have what I need by 4 pm.I wanted to get the project done and finished by then so I had to get some items there and the rest at a local competitor.

Went in to get a part and Robert was not only knowledgeable on what part I needed but also helped me install it right away. He was super friendly and has great customer service. Good job to management on having a wonderful, super intelligent and excellent employee. If you ever need a specialist he is your guy!!

These dudes answer the phone, leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. And then when you call back they don't answer. I walk in the store and it is empty, no line and everyone on their phones. Is the district manager aware this is going on @ this location?

I like coming here, always find what I need for my car. Even though I heard the men saying they were very busy, they still took the time to help with everything I needed.

I went to this O'Reilly for a few items and Kurt was extremely helpful and is extraordinarily knowledgeable. People like Kurt make you want to return to locations, no matter the distance. Thanks again Kurt!

The older American gentleman named Kurt who works at this location is a piece of work. I tried returning an item with all the original packaging, and he denied the return because they were not wire ties wrapped around the item, but were clearly in the bag. He needs to calm down and take it easy.

My boyfriend Adolfo and I went in to purchase an A/C valve and refrigerant liquid because my car was low. Once I got home, we realized that the valve wasn't attaching properly, so we went back to get some help! Thankfully, Kurt was the nicest, most knowledgeable employee there! We really appreciated his help after realizing that the valve we bought had been swiped and replaced, so he went to grab one from the back and showed us how to properly install the refrigerant liquid. He also gave great follow up feedback on what to do if we experience any related problems with the A/C valves. If you ever go to this O'Reilly's, I'd highly recommend asking for Kurt and his wonderful service/help!

Came to this location to purchase oil and a oil filter for the Company Van I have. My company has an account with all O'REILLY. After showing the manager invoices on how we purchase certain items, manager refused to sell me the items. And this not the first time this happen to me at this location. Manager has bad customer service. All around this location is garbage.
