“I've heard very good things about this place I haven't used them yet but I plan on using them in the near future I've heard very good things about them”
“I am very happy at GM auto paint store in La Puente. The new crew is amazing! Very reliable and helpful. The new manager Lalo, knows his stuff and he’s very professional. And the new Paint matcher Jimena, is very good! All of my colors have been on point!!! I highly recommend them. Great service.”
“Found this place on accident looking for Benjamin Moore paint. One of the owners helped me out, great experience. If you’re looking to support a family owned business, I would highly recommend them.”
“10/10 recommend. I have purchased from here for 4.5 years. I love ALL of their products, that I have purchases thus far. The quality of the paint is amazing. The brushes are borderline top tier, especially the detail brushes!”
“I had a great experience at this Benjamin Moore location. The staff is super helpful and the service goes above and beyond — every question I had was answered clearly and they were incredibly easy to communicate with throughout. They're trustworthy and reliable, and I was genuinely impressed that they were willing to work with me after hours to make sure everything got done. Highly recommend if you're looking for a paint store that actually cares about getting it right!”
“Staff is awesome, helpful & consistent. The weekend guy had been a great help. I am on my third Representative tho. Even tho they are all friendly stability would be nice. Can I get just one single t-shirt please. Lots of coupons out there.”
“Vilena was very attentive and helpful in collaborating with me on exterior paint colors. She listened carefully to what I wanted and understood the idea I was looking to achieve. She helped me narrow down my options to come up with one that I am very pleased with! I will definitely use her again for future projects.”
“Absolutely love this store. They are so friendly and soooo helpful! Cynthia, Michelle and Aaron usually help me when I go in and I can't say enough about how much they go above and beyond. They really know their stuff! Awesome store.”
“Emilio and Alejandro were so kind and helped me find the correct color for my bedroom and even brought it out to my car. I will definitely be coming to this store again after this experience!”
“Nicki and Kandi were a delight to work with. Their work and the work of their crew is impeccable and they could not be nicer people. We had them paint a bedroom, a hallway, our kitchen and our garage door this year and last year they did the outside of our house.”
“Amazing customer service. I had an issue with an item I purchased. But, the issue was resolved professionally and with kindness. A big thank you to Reynaldo and the friendly staff who helped me out.”
“I know there many places to go and get your paint supplies, but I go here because it's small and very convenient. Great customer service and get your questions and doubts answered since it's not packed with people.Love it, won't go anywhere else for automotive paint or supplies.”
“Still VERY amazing customer service from everyone I meet in the store!! Awesome discounts periodically, and as someone who has little spare cash, everything helps!! Jordan (mgr), Jonathan (asst mgr), Tannia and everyone else I have met have been extremely helpful and great people to work with!! Thank you so much for a wonderful store and great customer service!! God's Blessings to y'all!! ?✝️ 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Love coming here for all my paint needs. They always have sales and have really good paint. My go to Primer is the extreme bond. That sticks to many surfaces really well. The manager and assistant manager are really nice and helpful! They have a nice selection of products compared to other paint stores. Also, this store is one of the only stores that have Wall Paper books in the store as everyone is getting rid of them.”
“I would like to compliment store manager Joey Centeno for his exceptional patience and helpfulness. He goes above and beyond to assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.”
“Awesome paint supply store. The store is very clean and organized. All the paints are in order. Most of them are in order of color. Customer service is really friendly, very helpful. A/C is always on, always a plus for a hot day. The process of mixing the paint is rather quicker than I thought. But, then again they are probably just good at their job. They do offer a waiting area with chair's and a table, also they offer coffee for when you're waiting.”
“While it has been over a month since my visit to SW, I would be remiss if I didn’t leave a review for quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received while in a pinch. I desperately needed paint for my contractors by the next morning, but Yelp and Google had different times listed for when the store closed. When I called on June 17, luck would have it that the shop was closing in 15 min but Daniel the CSR said he’d be able to help me if I got there quickly (I only live a few min away). As soon as I entered, I gave him 2 custom swatches I had brought from another place and he was able to guide me to the closest matches. While not perfect, I was already satisfied with them given my desperation but Daniel went above and beyond and literally created new batches of paint that matched my original swatches, even though it made him stay a little longer after closing. I felt so bad to inconvenience him but he was so gracious about helping me. On top of all that, he applied promotional discounts I wasn’t even aware of and offered to help take everything to my car. I will need paint again for another area of house renovation soon and I know where I will be going to purchase. Sherwin Williams management, if you’re reading this - buy this man lunch and give him a raise! :)”
“Yesterday morning I and my gal pal went into Dunn Edwards and spoke with Thomas Carlton, Assistant Manager, my gal pal is painting the inside of her house and I am going to help her, I am a retired Carpenter Working Supervisor for the County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department. I am trying to teach her how things are done, we talked with Thomas once before and this time as the last time he was extremely helpful, and with his knowledge he really showed how simple things can be as long as you know what you are trying to do, and even as in this case that is not the fact... We purchase $80 worth of paint and she was very happy. I saw another women in there, and she was struggling trying to communicate what she is trying to accomplish, the person who was helping her was VERY patient and helpful, as I listened in on the conversation. So here it goes. It doesn't matter if you are a guy or gal, if you are not sure of what you are doing and how to go about doing it with regards to painting, come down to Dunn Edwards have all what you are trying to do in your mind or write it down, talk to these highly trained, skilled professionals, explain to them what you are trying to accomplish, oh PLEASE make sure you have your colors picked out... Then listen to what they are telling you, they will tell you what level of paint you should be looking to buy, and here is the hard part, TRUST them, you won't go wrong, that is the main part and the most important part. Then when you go home, get on U Tube enter Tutorial for painting interior, or exterior of residential home, and then start looking at the tutorials that are there and get some knowledge on how you should proceed. Good Luck and have fun, and if something didn't quite turn out, go back to Dunn Edwards show them from your I Phone, I Pad and they will be able to help you achieve your goal. The trick to this is simple, establish a relationship with your Dunn Edwards person, and you will feel much better as you go along with taking care of the most expensive thing you will ever purchase in your life... Thomas Carlton, thank you for your patience and knowledge and people skills, I and my gal pal will be coming back as once I change out all the case and base inside the house and paint all the interior of the house, no doubt we will be back for different colors as I am trying to introduce her to colorful colors for her various rooms in her house....”
“Jerry is absolutely amazing! He’s so sweet and patient, I was very indecisive with the color of my room. And picky on top of that, he gave me his professional advice and took time to compare the paint samples I choose. So thanks to Jerry I was able to achieve the perfect color for my room. As for the paint it is what it says it is. Outstanding and one coat providing high quality. I bought one gallon and still had some left over for my room. Will be coming back with more projects!”
“I recently bought auto paint here they took care of me right away i wanted a certain color and Mario took care of that got it done I'm please with the results...”
“This store has amazing personnel who go above and beyond to help the customer. They formulated a color for my kitchen’s specific need and then when it wasn’t exactly right they darkened it for me. FOR FREE!…Plus they are so genuinely nice:)… and they play hope-filled music!”
“Great Professional Service They really help their customers with their painting needs aswell as refering Sear Rug Art with the final touches for Designer Rugs for their customers at an all American Sears Discount. Thank You Vista Paint for being so Great at what you do. Lisa Sears Rug & Art”
“We're repainting our whole houses's interior ourselves and I went into this process thinking I knew a decent amount of paint knowledge. I was mistaken! The reps at Dunn Edwards are by far the most professional and helpful I've ever encountered in the paint sector. I learned so much about the different finishes, finishes to use in certain rooms, paint wear, etc from Dean and Selina. Dean is the type of guy that you can tell doesn't cut corners and is a genuine hard worker.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Vista Paint. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with my paint purchase. They provided me with excellent advice and made sure all of my questions were answered. The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Vista Paint for anyone in need of paint or paint supplies, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and it was a great experience overall. For that reason, they get a 5/5.”
“Went in first thing in the morning, and Edgar was incredibly helpful and patient in guiding us to the perfect paint choice. He took the time to understand what we needed and made the whole process easy. The store has a great selection, and I love that they can match any brand’s color. Excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back for all my paint needs!”
“Staff were extremely helpful in helping me narrow down the color samples that I wanted. I was stressed out… indecisive, and needed extra detail about the colors IN each color. Alana spent over an hour working with me. I soooo appreciate her patience and knowledge!”
“EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anthony was incredibly helpful on multiple occasions. I’d highly recommend Dunn Edwards and this store for all your paint needs.”
“Getting ready to paint my mobile, and I visited this store about three times in May 2025 (first time I have ever had to pick out paint ?). Every time I went to the store, the staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
