ordered online for pickup. arrived 5 mins after order was ready. still were told to wait another 15mins even when my order had been sitting on the shelf, ready. forgot that i was there and asked again for what i needed when there were only 2 customers including me. pizza got colder than i could have gotten it

I was so disappointed I've wanted to try one of those melts. I was so excited But "wow" I guess since they raised minimum wage now they're buying cheap cheese.It was hot out of the oven I took one bite of the pepperoni melt and the cheese was the most nastiest thing I've ever tasted.It was like eating plastic I won't be back.

As you know commercial Pizza Joints is not like going into a family owned Pizza place. However "The Big New Yorker" from Pizza Hut I must say is totally awesome delicious. Very close to the taste of New York. I love their Pizza sauce and the bread is really quite good. Not too heavy .I recommend the "Big New Yorker" get a little taste of New York!!

We come to eat at 10pm. The store says they close at 1am. They didn't want to sell us to eat there, the other day they took us out at 11pm.

Staff are kinda rude pizza is overpriced and the pizza is average not the same pizza hut that i remembered and loved as a little kid.
