The owner was very rude when I came back the next day because I was not 100% happy with my nails. I usually do my nails myself because I have anxiety but I can’t because I have a chronic condition that causes me to not be able to do them when I have a flare up so when I tried to explain how the design was supposed to be done because they used the wrong color and did not do the airbrush design how the inspo was done he told me I should have just done them myself if I know how to do nails. He told me 3 times and was mocking me and laughing at me when supposedly trying to fix them. This caused me to have a panic attack and leave the salon crying because I didn’t want to be a burden but paid $90 PLUS tip to get my nails done when I thought I was going to spend way less. Needless to say I am NEVER going back and do not recommend them. The girl who had done them was very sweet to me and I felt so bad because they weren’t the worst nails just not how I wanted them

Too expensive for the treatment and service, they cut my finger, they put on 4 unnecessary layers of polish. They charged me much more than the initial price for a pedicure and manicure, they charged me extra just for asking for French.

Sam is the best. He runs the nail shop great it's always neat and organized. You don't wait more then 10 minutes love this spot I go every two weeks

Have been coming here for years & im starting not to like it here because of the nail artist’s attitudes. Last 2 times I’ve came, the nail artists were rude the whole time i was getting my nails done for no reason. For example when i had showed a picture of the nail design i wanted i was given a face when it was something nice & simple ?

Christine gave an awesome recommendation for subtle pink chrome nails!! Melissa did my manicure and it came out great! Super quick and neat! Will always be coming back :)

I always love coming to do my nails here! All the staff is super friendly from the time you check in and when you go to get your nails done. I love doing my gel builder with Yuki. She is so sweet and always knows how to do my nails! Most definitely recommend Queen Nails ?

I have been going to Queen nails for almost 10 years! They always do the best job on my daughters and I. Always a great experience. My niece drives from the city she lives in Long Beach all the way to La Puente to get her nails done at Queen nails! ? Highly Satisfied Customer!!
