“I freaked out today when I realized I had paid my bill for the month 4x because I thought it wasn’t going through! I had to update a credit card and got confused with the payment situation. When I noticed I had paid four times and my bank statement showed it, I called frantically and the person I talked to listened and handled it very well and said no problem and proceeded to return the three payments. Within an hour, I had my money back. He was very helpful and patient. We have always had a good experience here with our unit.”

“Casandra helped me a lot whenever I need her. She’s there and if she’s not there I do go to the one on Valley en Puente by the McDonald’s and Beatriz. I don’t know her last time but she’s a great help too. They’re both great with me. They’re always there when I need them. They help me out whatever I don’t understand. Beatriz is real good and nice to me. She always has a smile. Just a Casandra too. Casandra is the one for by facility. Workman and Beatriz is the one on Valley. They’re both great so I will give them a chance on both of them. They’re very helpful. Thank you.”
