“As an 18 year old paying for my own car while going to school and working part time, every time my check engine light comes on I automatically think, “There goes all my money.” 😅 Our family mechanic retired, so finding someone new was honestly stressful because I was worried about getting overcharged. I ended up bringing my car here, and they were really honest and explained everything in a way I could understand. They replaced a sensor and did an oil change. When the check engine light came back on a little later, I was thinking it was going to be another huge repair bill. Instead, they figured out what was wrong, got it fixed, and the total was actually affordable.
My car is running great again, and I really appreciate finding a mechanic I feel like I can trust. If you’re a student or someone on a budget who’s nervous about car repairs, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. They made a stressful situation a lot less scary.”

“Tire blew out on the 210 freeway today, I was barely able to get over to the offramp in time, but Kritical Towing did a great job changing my tire.
