Great value and shipping was reasonable. However, they are not responsive to inquiries. I was forced fo buy an item almost blindly online because they did not respond to my messages. Luckily, the item exceeded my expectations!

Love getting my gunpla fix here. They always come through with cool and new kits. Go there twice a week. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are at retail or a bit above but more or less great prices.

I did an online order through the weekend, and asked for an update for it today. In just a few hours I was not only given an update, but was told my package was on the way. Amazing prices for what they have, and amazing for collectibles.
