I arrived at 2:30pm during my lunch break to drop off important documents that need to be shipped today and the sign on the door shows they won’t return until 3:45pm. That’s a long wait considering I’m on my lunch and don’t get out until 5pm when they close.

Called my sister deaf over a question, there's only been a few great interactions I've had but that was with other workers in the past. This asian lady who's here almost all of the time is just so miserable.

Susan, the one employee that handles the counter there, is extremely rude. I had a handful of pre-paid items and she told me she did not have time to scan all of them. When I asked her why not, she proceeded to scan them all and it took her less than one minute. I do NOT recommend this location.
