Jon picked up the phone the morning he got into work to follow up with my order at my request, and he even took photos to show me the products I purchased! Absolutely amazingly kind customer service and an amazing selection of glass and related products, I will be back soon!”

“I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I hate going to other shops! Cam & Alec are super friendly and every time I go we end up in conversations, I typically go on my lunch break so it’s nice feeling like I can forget about work for a little. I love Cam’s cat! Both are great employees! A couple of weeks ago I finally met the owner Rome and really appreciated our conversation also. Everyone here has great customer service unlike many shops I’ve been to. Thank you guys for everything and sorry for the long overdue, well deserved review! Thank you Rome for having exceptional employees that are knowledgeable but also provide top customer service! That’s hard to find nowadays unfortunately.

“I am very pleased with the customer service. I called in advance to inquire about a specific vape product, and the staff demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Upon my arrival, the gentleman who assisted me was exceptionally polite and well-informed. The store itself possesses a charmingly nostalgic atmosphere and exudes a very positive ambiance.”
“This is what I know. I have been to your store for many years and I was alway satisfied with my purchase, until today when my purchase did not seem to work so I took it back and the best employee, by the name of jeremy, showed me how it works. I left and I will continue to buy your products and I hope Jeremy will be there.”
“The best! Huge selection of a number of different products. The dudes I always see are super friendly and happy to chat a bit. The gorgeous hippy-type chick with the gauges is super sweet and helpful. I love spot. It’s less than 3mi from my house so I’m here very often. Long you guys!”

“Andy's the man when it comes to vaping needs! I've been to many spots that don't quite always have what I need let alone the flavor of juice I'm looking for. Not here, you'll find exactly what you're looking for! The selection of disposables beats anywhere I've been and not to mention you don't have to leave wondering if what you bought is real. Cheapest prices in coil packs as well, he'll even help you find the perfect coil for you needs. Thanks again!”
“Great shop with a huge selection and fair prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. They always have what I need, and the store is clean and well organized. If you’re looking for a reliable tobacco shop with excellent customer service, Tobacco Buzz is definitely worth checking out.”
“Amazing store with the best and largest variety of vapes that I’ve seen. The workers are extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone that vapes”
“This is my smoke shop, it’s home. I try not to go anywhere else and will always try to support this shop. I’ve been coming here for years. Have a great selection of water pipes and smoke supplies they even have a cigar room. I live close by so I come all the time but even if I’m not, I’ll go out of my way to come here just to say what’s up to bro and cop what I need. Definitely five out of five stars, don’t listen to the bad reviews. Probably just some people having a bad day, but hey I get it I’ve dropped some crazy reviews too on my bad days lol. God bless the homie running this shop. See you soon bro. probably gonna stop by in 20 🤙”

The prices are decent. Average prices with some stuff being on the low end ??, but never overpriced. You dont have to worry about getting rippedoff here. ??????”

“This smoke shop is hands down one of the best around! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at great prices. What really makes the difference, though, is the customer service.
Oliver and Meso are absolutely amazing employees — they’re always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to answer questions, give recommendations, and make sure every customer leaves happy. It’s rare to find staff that care so much, and these two really make the experience top-notch.
I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality products and outstanding service. Thanks again to Oliver and Meso for making this shop my go-to spot!”
“I come here to buy lotto and they are always friendly here and not shady at all like some other local shops... Lots of lotto machines here, theres always someone scratching their scratchers here. Lots of smoke stuff, but I can't really comment on that.”
“The Hookah Lounge next door is literally attached to Falak Smoke shop which means that this smoke shop 8s open til 2am! Perfect for those late night/early morning days when you needs smokes or some glass. ??They have a rewards program, sign up and earn (works with Ca$h App.).”
“Went in on Sunday and the coolest girl Lindsey helped me out. She was fantastic and knew everything about anything! I will definitely go back and recommend you do too!”
“Awesome little spot! Been coming here for years as they're always stocked with a wide selection. Did some interior changes a few months ago that look sharp. Staff are cool and Johnny always has recommendations. Definitely worth checking out”
