The staff are too busy talking to each-other meanwhile the line is almost out the front door, they need to coordinate better and work instead of having a good time. Lots of people frustrated

Is this branch still open on sundays? That's what I remember about this one in particular. That it's open on aunday. I would like to know if it still is?? I mean set aside from lack of professionalism. Bank tellers are chewing gum rapidly, and blowing bubbles and popping it extremely loud! While they ask you"whats that you said? as if your the problem cause they cant hear you! And be careful I got gum under my shoes on two separate occasions walking in that branch.

The most ghetto bank experience I've ever had. The entire bank smells like a dirty diaper, greasy handprints on the glass Bank manager and teller "Isaiah" hardly fit in the clothes they're wearing, Isaiah desperately needs to trim his fingernails and clean the taco stains from his shirt. With more than 22 people in line, they offer 3 bank tellers while the manager runs out asking "where is your mask?" If Covid was really the issue you would think they would service their customers more efficiently and the manager and tellers would take some classes on hygiene; personal and the office itself.I would recommend almost any other bank over this one

One of the very few ATM that you can choose to receive single dollar bills. Very useful to me.

Worst branch ever. People waiting in the lobby while employees walk around. No one is being helped. There's always a line as well with only 2-3 tellers during peak hours.

This branch opened up a few accounts in mine and my kids name a few years back. They took money from my account with out telling me. in order to open the account and than put it back. They are almost never willing to help unless they know they will get some sort of incentive. I just had a damaged atm card and they told me I had to apply for a new one online. I just found out today they could have given me one than and there. I went in a few weeks ago to ask about a business option to take customers payments and they blew me off. The specialist they called never called me the next day like she said she would. I'm not sure but it seams this branch might have all the bad apples of this company. I've lost faith and trust. I need to look for other banking options.

Had 3 people in line in front of me took between 15 and 20 minutes to reach a teller window in this la Puente Wells Fargo. I counted a minimum of 6 employees but only one active window in operation. I spoke with the manager, he was polite. I can't waste my time here I won't be back to this site.

The guy in the suit I don't know if he's a manager but he doesn't even know his own policies he's d*** as f*** had me waste my time on something I had asked him before I even got in line so don't ask people nothing you have better luck asking google on their policies if I could I would put zero stars

Melissa is a very knowledgeable banker, I came last sunday to pull out a loan, she updated me on my income to debt ratio, my FICO score, and how the payments for my debt are split into two (interest and the actually loan) I never knew that, which I appreciated very much. Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. Their service speaks for itself, and it's not just like they're just here to open accounts or give out loans, they really care about what they're doing for the customer. Thanks Melissa and Kimberly.
