Went to the La Quinta store for information on a new phone. Went prepared to be there at least 2 hrs. Not the case. Vic, the rep quickly acknowledged us. He was informative, patient and friendly. Was out in less than 1 hr w a new phone. Thank you Vic, for the great service!

I recently went to AT&T in LaQuinta, CA to purchase a new IPhone. Anali was the sales rep that assisted me. She was professional and very personable. Trading in my old phone for a new phone in record time with Anali walking me through every step.
I highly recommend Anali and the LaQuinta location.

This At&t store was very welcoming when I walked in. I came in for a screen protector for my old galaxy. I was lucky enough that they had one in clearance. Zee assisted me with my transaction and installed the protector for me. I highly recommend this location for all At&t customers.

Our sales rep Zee was amazing! I have a general distrust for cellular phone sales people as most of them are outright liars. But Zee was so helpful and honest we actually felt comfortable with not only keeping our service with AT&T but expanding our relationship with company! The company really should take notes and learn from folks like Zee to learn what world class service is all about!

Sorry this review is really for Juan at the AT&T on Jackson, supereeeer rude, I've been with AT&T for 9 years and everytime it's time to upgrade, I dread going into the store knowing Juan will be there, it seems like he's always in a bad mood unwilling to help, AT&T needs to audit this store, Juan is not only rude but gives false information!

I'm a new AT&T customer, so when my new phone unexpectedly broke, I came right back to the store for help. Zee was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to customer service. So much so that he had me back up and running the same day.

Jesus continues to be a HUGE asset for ATT. 6 months ago he took the time to speak to me when no one, and I mean, NO ONE would when I was looking for a Small Business Rep. For this reason alone I handed him a 25 unit plus iPhone sale for my company. Ever since then he has continued to go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, when I need it. Do whatever it takes to make him happy and keep him. People like Jesus are getting rarer by the day.

Yesterday I went to change my cell phone, which was the best decision because we were assisted by a salesperson who, if it met my needs, was a very good purchase. He explained every detail to us. He cleared up our doubts about the phone plan and the truth is. That deserves five stars, to Raúl L, thank you very much
