Geek squad very helpful , just make sure to make an appointment. Some of the sales staff don't seem the knowledgeable,so make sure they know about the product you are purchasing.

After chatting online with Best Buy and not getting anywhere being connected to five different departments, and nobody had the information that I needed I decided to call them directly. I was connected to four different departments, and nobody is a global thinker. They're all linear. I wanted to know one thing can my Samsung TV Pair with Roku speakers and a Roku streaming device and all they could say is yes we can have somebody come out there and hook it up for you. I don't need someone to hook it up for me. I know how to do that when I looked up on Google, I was told no it cannot be paired that I have to buy an additional sound bar and I wanted to get to the nitty-gritty. Do I return the speakers? Do I get a different sound bar? Do I have to get a different streaming device nobody could offer me that information, the same BS over and over again and the last person I could barely understand was in home theater, he disconnected me and I was not yelling or anything. I have a cold I have a very low monotone voice right now. This world is so tragic with how things are handled. No one gives a crap and when they tell you I'm going to connect you to someone that is an expert in that department. That is a big joke. Nobody has expertise in any department, very frustrated!

I had to take my really slow computer in for service. I should have made an appointment with the Geek Squad because they are busy, especially this time of year. Gabby was so gracious and nice. She took her time and explained everything to me. I do recommend making an appointment, especially if your issues are complicated.

I have always been treated very well by the staff here at Best Buy. Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!

Do not shop from the store. We have been waiting for our washer and dryer to be delivered for a month now and with several attempts they still fail due to extremely poor communication and defective customer service. We called off work and drove across town to meet them because they said they were going to be at our house within 30 minutes, only to find that they were not coming and they decided that they couldn't deliver the washer and dryer due to a slight detour and yet they didn't even notify us. This has been an unnecessarily unpleasant. The condescending staff doesn't care when you get your product and are in efficient at doing their job. They are quick to you off and even hang up on you and deny you manager assistance.

Had a young computer guy, super salesman help me and didn't plan on buying, but went to check out new laptops and the deal I was shown was hard to pass up. Ordered for pickup next week they were sold out of the Lenovo. Excited to have great help. Can't wait to get it.

They messed up bad in store during my purchase the associate asked me if I wanted 2 smartwatches I said no 1 is just fine then I was charged for 2 watches and it overdrew my account uhhhhhhggggg why does this always happen to me.

Staff is always quick to greet and provide service. I like shopping at Best Buy because this store provides a large selection of items .

I ordered 4 items for pickup. All were in stock. Then I got there, and they only had 3. They told me they made a mistake and accidentally marked the 4th item as unavailable, even though they still had two in stock. They wouldn't give me the 4th item I'd already paid for. They told me I had to wait 3 days for a refund or I could buy it there by paying for it AGAIN. Complete incompetence. Never shopping here ever again. The online support for this was awful, too. Just a terrible company from top to bottom. They deserve to go out of business.

Always forget about Best Buy's when I purchase big items. I went and purchased all of the TVs from my new home and a dryer. They are very impressive.

Great service. But they haven't had anything in stock, that I've needed from car stereo to car alarm. It seems I always have Eto buy something outside their store for them to be able to install anything.
