I was in this Circle K around 6:30 pm April 12 2024. I was in like waiting for the cashier or the self check out to open up. The line was not moving for a good 5 minutes when I noticed a guy needing help at the self checkout, he was struggling paying with cash. He did not speak English and was just trying to pay and get out of there. There was no help given to him by the worker on schedule or the other worker who was just sitting there. They both looked at him dumb and did not help whatsoever. I took it upon myself to give him some help so he can get out of there. It was finally my turn to pay at the cashier and I overheard him talking to his coworker saying something along the lines of "they make the self checkout so easy I don't know why he can't use it" and other things alike. First of all who says that? And second of all DO YOUR JOB. This ruined my day and I hope he gets fired or at least gets told something. Because he needs to do his job better. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. And for the lady who wasn't on the shift but was still there watching, you could've done something instead of sitting there looking dumb hunny. Please do better and be kind. As for everyone else that works there, they are amazing and super kind!

They only allow self checkout and it overcharged every time, takes way to long..and doesn't work. Hire people!! Please

Closed middle of the day - 4:15 on a Sunday. Likely taking a break with no one else available to work. Staffing issue that needs to be resolved for a convenience store.

Experienced a racist moment with one of the clerks there, I was goin to the counter so she can scan my things and she tells me, " Get in line for the smart check out im busy right now" so i make a line for the smart check out and she then tells the caucasian lady that was behind me to please go ahead and leave her things in her counter and she started scanning her items while i was waiting in line for the smart check out! I didnt want to cause a scene so i stayed quiet and left but this lady is straight out racist!!! Never shopping there again

Got a burrito here once, gave me the poops... but another time I ate a breakfast sandwich that clogged me up.. so I guess it is either or... just don't trust the hotdogs, that is unless you want unwanted consequences
