We used them for our two rental properties and when we had issues with the pools during a rental they were unresponsive or would be rude on the phone with my wife. They actually told her they only make money when they replace equipment. He should increase his prices so that he could make money and not treat his customers... read full comment

We have had the pleasure of service from Coastal for over 4 years. They go above and beyond if there is a problem. Rob came out on Thanksgiving morning to fix a leak. Our technician notified us of a broken sprinkler that we were unaware of. So 5 ***** all around.
