I lost a brown notebook. I was asked to call back. No one ever answers. There’s no option for customer service. I am frustrated on the lack of communication. I want to speak to an area manager above the store manager. The store manager doesn’t answer as well.

I been waiting for help here on the watches area for help near to 50min I asked 4 people for help and no one has show up yet! That is unacceptable. How you want your customers to be satisfied with the service, if they won't help. I don't usually rate a store but in this case I have to. If there was lower than one star I will give half Star. When they finally showed up after 50min they couldn't find the key. This is unacceptable! So disappointed

who was the brain behind behind moving the store around. It is so tight, you can't get 2 baskets through next to each out. The pullers have to leave their cart in the main isle . Only one person with basket can turn at one time. A complete and uneventful experience. I will be shopping somewhere else for home and personal goods. Store is OK for a Wal-mart, grocery section is solid.
But minus two stars for having so much locked up and so few people there to unlock items. WM lost $100 or so from me because there wasn't anyone there to get those items for me.

There were 3 of us using 1 cart. Each of us had less than 15 items. But because all the items were in 1 cart, they were not going to allow us to use the same terminal in self checkout. We had to gather our items from the cart and go to different terminals. There was only 1 customer in self checkout at the time.
