I Have used them for storage since 2016 they are the only storage facility I use. When I moved to the valley I made sure we had a safe clean place for our belongings. I highly recommend them staff is always great and friendly.

Irasema Yanez at the La Quinta, CA Extra Space Storage is the best Assistant Store Manager and is a perfect example of why good people are put in these positions.
My husband and I haven’t seen our storage belongings or our storage facility in over 2+ years. Two years ago movers moved our stuff in and handed us the key. We were finally ready to get our stuff moved home and came all the way from the Bay Area to get it. But when we got to the facility everything was wrong - we didn’t remember our gate code or couldn’t get our key to open our unit. It had been so long!
Irasema helped us through the entire process. As soon as we asked for help she was attentive, kind and patient. All important qualities people need when they’re in stressful situations and need their important belongings.
The best quality about Irasema was that she never made us feel inadequate or defensive cause we didn’t have it together. She asked the right questions to get us what we needed to remedy the situation.
Extra Space Storage you’re lucky Irasema is an employee of yours! She represents your brand well and carries the core values I hope you withhold as a company. She is well equipped to be a Store Manager and you need to give her a promotion!
