Famous Footwear is a store with very friendly and helpful staff who are welcoming and provide awesome customer service. The shoe prices are also very welcoming. Shoppers can hunt and search and often find exactly what they are looking for, with good results and really nice shoes. However, the women’s selection of shoes is lacking and also a mess. The availability of toddler shoes was also lacking and messy. It is possible they are still sold out from the holidays. Overall, it is a nice store where customers are happy and would go back.
Valerie helped me and my husband pick out some shoes for our granddaughter, she helped us figure out the size and everything. Very professional and attentive. Famous footwear should be proud to have an associate like her on there team! Thank you Valerie.

I called the store. Rebecca answered, and I needed a specific shoe size in a brand, she found it and held it for me until I got off of work. She was very friendly, very helpful and polite.I really appreciated her for making my shopping experience even better.
