The one star isn't about the staff. Although they definitely aren't the greatest staff.I had to return an item with a free return label through Fedex. I also had to drop off at this location.We first emailed the label to them but they said it was too small. They apparently can't adjust the parameters on their own label.I was told by the company that the label can be printed from the website. When I told the staff it could be printed from the website,I was told that they weren't allowed on websites and that they would get blocked.So I had to pay to use the Fedex computer. Then I had to pay for the printing.My "free return label" ended up costing me almost $5.00.I don't understand how a company that is in the business of shipping can't send a QR code for the staff to scan and print.It was frustrating to say the least. Hopefully I don't have to use them again.

Shipped a package to Houston, Texas from this La Quinta FedEx location and it ended up delivered in Riverside, CA signed by another person. I’m going to get to the bottom of this and press charges if there’s something going on at this FedEx location.

Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful, I work independently and I go there to drop off my packages every single day. They are fast and professional.

Their printers scale up the pdf files so they print too large. So, if you want your files printed properly, they charge you extra because they have to do it themselves on the printer behind the counter which does not have this problem. Apparently, this is company policy. It seems customer service is not part of Fedex. It makes perfect sense to charge the amount for self service if there is an issue with the self service printer.

The efficiency over USPS is no comparison. Stephanie helped me find the right size mailer and helped me wrap it up. Only took about three minutes in the store before I was on my way. The price on my item was comparable to USPS as well.

Here now using the computer to print, staff could not less helpful! Need to print another a different size, had to ask two people who would barley help me and then I was struggling to change the paper and no one offered any help.

Just left from trying to ship an item in a re purposed box. The box had a small sticker on it and I had no idea what the sticker meant. She told me that she'd have to re box my item (for a fee) in order for her to ship it. I asked if she could just Sharpie over it and she barked "no". I walked out to my truck and peeled this small sticker off that apparently means "flammable". It took me literally a second. Easily shipped at UPS and won't be back at Fed Ex with her poor customer service.

My wife and I just bought a new home and we were hanging up artwork. I could not get these particular pictures to print to scale. I had just about given up until I went to FedEx. The Store Manager there named Mario was very patient with me and explained to me all of my options. It took him about 10 minutes but he worked diligently until he printed the pictures exactly how I wanted them. Needless to say, they look great at our new home. Keep up the great work!
