If you are ok with having items yanked out of your hand while shopping then go here
I have never been so embarrassed or offended as I was today
I was looking at a pair on men’s shoes that were in the shelf and then a man comes up and starts taking them out of my hand.
There was a language barrier but he was angry
He pulled the shoes so hard that my finger now is in pain
I went to front to report and the sales clerk called the manager
The manager reviews the Camara and tells me that the man 3 mins prior had tried the shoes on and put them back and walked away
So that they were technically his
So in other words the store manager said it was ok to be almost assaulted and hurt in her store
Never ever going back there
I will be reaching out to corporate because as the end of the day it’s not about shoes it’s about being ok with a customer verbally and physically abusing someone

WATCH UR STUFF FROM THE CASHIER‼️‼️I shopped in here today when I went home I look at the stuff that I bought the cat sweatshirt was missing it was on my receipt but I think the cashier lady didn’t put it in the bag maybe she liked it so she stole itt they been doing this for a longg time now especially when they like something that you guys picked

I have shopped at this goodwill for years and they never disappoint with an abundance of treasures to find ! The prices are pretty good too. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful but one employee stands out from the rest ! Her name is Darion ( I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly) She is always so sweet and kind ! She asks how your day is going etc. she is always doing something, putting clothes away etc. never just standing around. Thank you ! Darion !

I love shopping at this Goodwill store and also The Rancho store when we are in the Desert. I absolutely love that they offer a 50% discount on color of the week starting on Saturday and then that same color offered at 1.99 on Thursday’s. They also have other discount to students, seniors, etc. Wow love love love!!!. Unlike their competitors Angelview that offers “0” zero discounts Ever. The staff at this store are lovely and although you are not allowed to try things on they have put up some nice mirrors and you are allowed to exchange.

❤️ the Good Will in La Quinta. I am a Good Will shopper from Atascadero, CA. Moved here in September & I have received the best staff help. We are headed to LA Quinta store soon.

The young gemtleman (HFA?) at the front counter was so sweet, authentic & polite. I had a cc issue and had angry customers behind me who he handled impeccably. I was very impressed. Great customer service!

There was definitely quite a bit to sort through, but the store did a good job with sorting by size, color and type of clothing. I found a pair of black bag jeans for $7.99 that was still in great condition with no rips and a baggy fit to them. There were a pair of Levi's I also had my eyes on, but at $14.99 I passed on them. My friends bought a tank top, long sleeve and dress all for reasonable prices as well. It was fun to just look through the racks. There were a few things that were still new with tags so you could find some nice clothing.
