❤️ the Good Will in La Quinta. I am a Good Will shopper from Atascadero, CA. Moved here in September & I have received the best staff help. We are headed to LA Quinta store soon.

The young gemtleman (HFA?) at the front counter was so sweet, authentic & polite. I had a cc issue and had angry customers behind me who he handled impeccably. I was very impressed. Great customer service!

Cash register people are rude they seem to own the store because they see something they like and they put a lot of excuses for them to keep it and not sell the item even stuff they sell is priced way too high no dressing rooms no restrooms no good service I'm very disappointed.

Pricing is ridiculous at Goodwill. They take in millions of dollars and the folks that shop here need to stretch their $$$. Go to Angels, so much more for your dollar.

I have never heard of a charity that cant take free items! Maybe if they werent charging $9.99 for a 20 year old golf shirt they woukd move the inventory and not have to turn away free items! How about have a FREE day and clear out what you have!

Staff is helpful and friendly but there are no fitting rooms. Sorry but I am not going to buy ten pairs of pants so I can go try them on at home. They do allow 30 day returns but I need to try things on before purchasing.

Goodwill is one of the most supportive nonprofits around! Shopping at this location is a real pleasure! A huge selection of men's and women's clothes, along with many household items can be purchased very inexpensively! Say goodbye to large outlays of money for clothes! I get some of the best designer clothing here at low prices...

Overpriced. Just buy new if you’re only getting 15% off.

Found a dress with an original Ross tag priced at $15. Goodwill priced for $21.99. Please explain how the prices work? I love vintage apparel. I’ve been coming to this good will for a long time even before the pandemic. Prices have been going up since before lockdown. How can you price something that costs more than the original price tag? Stop gouging your prices. There’s an entire subreddit dedicated to this topic and the issue is getting more and more attention. Countless blogs are surfacing and people are upset! Not to mention you’re asking for additional donations at the cashier. People are tired of getting ripped off. You go to a thrift store to save money not spend more!

Great intentions and missions, poorest magement in the valley, staff need encouragement and a deep lesson in efficiency. Twice I've had merchandise in hand and just left it and walked out while the clerk fiddles around staring at the back of the store
