If you don't feel like your spouse ignores you enough and you need to be more ignored, then I highly recommend coming here. I walked into the store as the only customer in sight. There was one employee. Never acknowledged me, never greeted me, never looked up from her phone. I walked all the way back to her desk hoping to get at least a "good afternoon," but got nothing. If pricing and service are important to you, or at a minimum, having your existence acknowledged, then I highly recommend going anywhere else.

We bought a very nice mattress. California King. The lady who helped us was very professional. She answered all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Mattress Showroom!

I suffered a recent back injury, and realized during my recovery that I needed a new mattress set. Having done some research, I went to Mattress Showroom and met Grace. And it was indeed a moment of "grace" when I met her. She led me directly to the mattress that matched the description of my discomfort. Although I tried a few others, it was clearly the best fit for me both in terms of price and in terms of comfort. I highly recommend Mattress Showroom. Grace has over three decades of experience in selling mattresses, and the company has been here for nearly 40 years. They are local, committed, and their pricing includes delivery and setup of the entire mattress set, as well as removal/disposal of your old mattress and box spring.

We went to Mattress Showroom in La Quinta and had the best experience speaking with Grace who was extremely knowledgeable. She helped us make an educated decision and saved us money.We went to other mattress places but found they were too over priced. Save yourself time and money and go to Mattress Showroom. Especially with the economy, every dollar counts, and don’t be fooled thinking they won’t have what you need because they’re located in a strip mall next to Home Depot. FREE same day delivery. Bought a mattress for a total of $1400. and arranged to pick it up at the warehouse because we are out of the free delivery area. (1.5 hr. drive one way) When we got to the warehouse staff there were great, but they couldn't find the FIRM mattress we ordered. After about 20 min. a new mattress was loaded on our truck and tied down - and I noticed on the tag on the mattress it was MED. and not FIRM.! Contacted the warehouse Mgr. who said he had talked to Joni, our salesperson, and she told him to give us the MEDIUM one and she would call us either that night or the next day ! She knew we had a distance to travel - 80 yr old man would have gotten home, unloaded set up and slept on the bed and then found out it wasn't the one he paid for! Warehouse staff contacted the owner after we insisted on the getting the mattress we ordered, and got one from another store, which was closed by this time. Went to speak to Joni about the mixup several days later - she first DENIED knowing anything about the issue at the warehouse, then said she knew the staff had difficulty finding one. Totally denied she was going to call us the next day and proceeded to change her story several times during our brief discussion. This indicated to me she was telling lies trying to absolve herself of the responsibility. I believed the warehouse staff when they said she told them to give us the wrong mattress -because they did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to make sure we left with the right product, working overtime, contacting the owner, and even going and getting the correct mattress from a closed store. It's excellent!! I've been shopping for my mattress for months and tried laying down for at least 5 min every mattresses I saw. I visited this store last. I did not have the 100% right feeling up and til this store and mattress. Joni was very attentive but not pushy lol She gave me time and space to do my search in her store which I really appreciate it. I don't like tailgating SA. Anyway, when I found this one, I knew right away, this is it! U know the feeling, right!!! It's been only 4 days but we sleep so good. I don't want to leave my bed! I'm so so happy w/ my purchase. Delivery was next day and quick. If you are looking one, just visit Joni first. :-)FYI: I picked Black Diamond mattress. And it's wonderful Ps, I may update my review one month later again...cuz mattress breaking in and so forth.... Anyway, Thank you so much all!!!:)))

I thought buying a mattress was going to be a pain in the rear, but the people at Mattress Showroom made it a stellar experience. The sales staff showed us several mattresses that were in our price range and explained them thoroughly. They mean it when they say "buy it today, sleep on it tonight" The delivery men were going to be a little late and they actually called to let me know. They set it up professionally and were very friendly. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I had a very positive experience with mattress show room the moment I walked into the door the friendly and gracious sales person whose name I unfortunately forgot immediately showed me the exact mattresses that were appropriate for my 11-year-old daughter and I was out the door within 20 minutes with a new full-size mattress that was delivered the next day.The delivery guys,Akeem and Robert, were awesome. They showed up on the early side of the timeframe allocated for their delivery with smiles on their faces (even though they had masks on I could tell they were smiling underneath them)! They quickly came in and identified the room and frame for the mattress they were delivering and quickly went to their truck retrieved it and as they were getting the mattress they noticed that my tire was deflated on my car to a dangerously low level. They made sure to make me aware and reiterated the importance of me filling that tire immediately. It's so awesome when people like Akeem and Robert extend themselves in a meaningful way to keep you safe when it has absolutely nothing to do with their job, but it's just because they're good people. Akeem and Robert thank you so much for your expeditious and friendly delivery you guys made my day a little bit brighter and we all could use that right now during this pandemic!
