“Christian was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and technology. He took his time with us and made sure we had all the information we needed to make good decisions. He was not pushy or high stress at all. Really enjoyed our experience working with Christian.”

“I cannot say enough about Junior from Affordable Mattress by Appointment. Junior, knows what customer service is, from his one on one personalized appointments through delivering, and setting up your mattress. Furthermore, Junior’s communication throughout everything was superb. I would highly recommend Junior, and his company. You have a customer for life, and I’m grateful that I went with your small business, rather than a big box store.”

“I spent months researching sofa beds trying to find a comfortable one and realized that for the price of a high end sofa bed (West Elm, etc), you can get a customized Murphy bed that will give your guests (or yourself) a way better sleep experience. It folds easily up for this short, petite customer, and I can keep the sheets and even duvet on. Very well built. Attention to detail (came back when it looked a missing piece's paint wasn't perfectly matched). Give them time, they are building them! Highly recommended.”

“What a great store with lots to choose from. They have mid-century modern and contemporary furniture. Scott was very low key, knowledgeable and helpful with our search for the perfect furniture for our home. They have lots of furniture and accessories on the floor to choose from, with many ordering options if you can't find just the right color combo.”

“(Translated by Google) I can’t say anything about the furniture, but the Alma manager saved us. For which many thanks to her. And if the store owner reads this: your employee Alma deserves an award for her kindness and responsiveness. If not for her, we would still be roasting under the scorching Indio sun at that stop. Alma, thank you so much, you saved me and my family. You are a wonderful person, thank you.(Original)Ни чего не могу сказать на счёт мебели, но менеджер Alma нас спасла. За что огромное ей спасибо. И если владелец магазина будет это читать: ваша сотрудница Alma заслуживает премии, за свою доброту и отзывчивость. Если бы не она мы бы до сих пор жарились под палящим солнцем Indio на той остановке. Alma, огромное вам спасибо, вы спасли меня и мою семью. Вы прекрасный человек, спасибо.”

“My husband and I really enjoy visiting Ambiance Unlimited. Every time, we find furniture that fits our style. High quality and reasonable prices. Darwin is priceless. He's so helpful and personable. Our last purchase is pictured here--very nice couch with electronic movement to put ends into a lounger, and headrests that go up and down. Beautiful! (The artsy lamp and side chair came from Ambiance too!) The delivery men were awesome. Very careful coming into the house and placing the furniture. Unpacked carefully and moved couch around to my specifications. Just awesome doing business with this company! Kudos to Ambiance!”

“My husband and I needed a mattress by the end of the day. It was already 3 pm. We rushed to Mattress Showroom. Gabriel warmly welcomed us and showed us what was in stock and available for same day delivery. Within an hour we were out the door with our receipt in hand. Within two hours our new bed was being set-up in our home. That night we both slept like babies! Gabriel did a spectacular job for my husband and I. There was no pressure. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The delivery crew was there and gone before we knew it. Thank you Mattress Showroom!”

“We have bought furniture for 20 years at the Indio store and recently purchased all new living room furniture plus carpeting. Holly Jessop is the sales person who helped us put together the pieces, sizes, colors and her expertise was right on. She followed our deliveries, which ended up being a few, and made sure everything was right, as did Christian the rug manager. It is all beautiful and Mathis must be proud of such dedicated employees!”
