Great customer service. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Josephina offered several options to see what our priorities were and how best meet our needs. We are looking forward to getting our storage moved in next week. She took care of everything including setting up the closing of our current storage at a different StorQuest location.

Josefina is AMAZING!!! She is always polite and very helpful. Moving isn't fun, but Josefina helped find us a solution that relieved a lot of stress.
Update, Josh is another AMAZING employee. He listens and cares and is always helpful as well.
The facility is always kept clean and the climate control is dependable.

I originally rented my storage unit in January 2024. During the registration process Josh was great, that is pretty much the only positive I can say about this place. So a few days after registering/renting the the unit, we actually go to move out of our apartment, and move everything into the unit. This is Saturday, January 27th, 2024. We have 2 bed/1 bath worth of stuff to move. A couch, beds, chairs, dining table, about 15+ huge totes and much more to move. This place has 2 elevators, to our (un)luck, BOTH were broken on that day. My family had to move HEAVY furniture, boxes, etc. up the stairs. That day, no one was in the office, even though based on their hours they should have been open. We called the number on the door, which got us to like the StorQuest 1-800 line, and they said they can put in a maintenance request, but there is nothing they can do. I told them, I want some sort of reimbursement for the elevator not working. I paid for a 2nd floor unit WITH ELEVATOR ACCESS, if there was not an elevator, I would not have agreed to rent the unit. They brushed me off, and just said sorry and hopefully the elevator will be fixed in about a week. They said they would have a manager from the property call once they return to the office, no one ever called. So we took COUNTLESS trips with heavy furniture and boxes up the stairs that day, because I had to move out of the apartment that day 1/27/24. I was so frustrated about the situation, and busy with moving, they never called me, and I never called them again.
However, after today's incident, I cannot stay silent. On 11/15/24, my fiancée was (presumably) profiled and discriminated against. He is Hispanic and very heavily tattooed. He went to grab things from our unit. He accidentally got the code wrong, he put a # first and then * at the end, instead of a * first and # at the end, (Ex: #1234567* instead of *1234567#). A simple mistake that I've made myself a few times. After he got the code incorrect, he stepped back a few feet from the key pad and texted me to ask for the correct code. During this time, a female worker came out to him and very rudely asked "Do you have a unit here? What's the unit number? What's the code?" He was so caught off guard by her aggressive demeanor, he said "Yes, my fiancé and I have a unit, it's on the second floor, I forgot the code and I am on the phone with her trying to get the code." She was clearly accusing him of trying to sneak in and vandalize units/saying he should not be there, even though we are paying customers. I already was upset with this place for the situation when we moved in, and that the elevators are broken half the time when we go to get things from the unit too, but now after an employee being so absolutely rude to my fiancée and accusing him of trying to break in?! This place is a train wreck, and I think I will be ending my contract and moving to a different storage complex.

This was definitely the most I’ve ever laughed and smiled at a self storage place. Josefina and Joshua in the office were knowledgeable and friendly, as well as being efficient and possessing excellent customer service skills. The facility is clean, safe and climate controlled. I haven’t moved anything in yet, but as far as the process of renting a storage unit goes, this was fast and easy. Well done!
