I should have checked the Yelp reviews before having my doctor call in my mom's prescriptions here. For weeks their pharmacy has been out of some medicine my mom needs. All three times I have been here, trying to pick it up, I have waited in line twenty minutes each time, only to be told that her prescription still has not been filled when they told me it would be. Ridiculous! Not going here ever again.

This has got to be one of the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. Don't have prescriptions filled here unless you want to wait for a week for a refill.

So, like many of the prior reviews indicate, this was one of the worst Walgreens we've ever dealt with for a long time. However, we noted over the past few months that they seem to have replaced some of the staff and there is one terrific pharmacist who is very competent, knowledgeable and actually kind of charming! But today I am happy to share that they actually answered the phone promptly and then JULIE (!!! Whattt? Where did they find her?!?) immediately took action, took care of the issue that was delaying the prescription...I got an immediate text and on top of it she called back to say she was the only one working so she had to keep it short but wanted me to know that everything was ready to go! Honestly we nearly fainted. This is an astonishing turn around and Julie is the best and we are very impressed with her!!! Definitely has been a shake up there!!! Competency!!!! Yay!

On hold 10 minutes. Told to hold. Wait another 5 minutes. Phone starts ringing, then hangs up. Walgreens is consistently awful in this area.

Like others are noting, this pharmacy is not good. Understaffed and always slow/late. If you're ready the news this is not a surprise with some of these big box pharmacies, but just confirming it is one that is having problems. Over 3 hours late on my scheduled fill, I called earlier and used their automated message system which said it would be an hour, and here we are 2 hours after that and they have not even started filling it. Skip this business.

Wow 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru to be told to wait longer the Pharmacist can NOT be interrupted while giving a vaccine.The one question was when will my prescription be readyGoing in the store to talk to the supervisor on dutyShe indicates that she's veryaware the pharmacist is very old and slowWTH?

You can not get anyone from the pharmacy on the line. No matter how long you wait or how many times to call. Amazing and so frustrating .Go to CVS.

they had three pharmacists, working to figure out one customer and yet they couldn't handle it. It was too much. I had made an appointment for myself and my son to get a vaccine, and entered all my info online. Rather than providing that vaccine, they hassled me for medical records, dosing, amount, and dates. I communicated this multiple times, and they scribbled it down on some scraps of paper. And they had me repeat the information another three times. Then they had me open my records on my phone. So when I pulled medical records up on my phone, they took my phone and walked around with it without looking at the screen for five minutes. They then insisted that my son could not be vaccinated, insisting that he had received the vaccine already. I attempted to show them the date on the phone, and yet they refused to look at it, or give my phone back. They proceeded to talk to other customers, who also seemed beyond their ability to assist. They kept my phone in their hand, while they helped, or rather failed to help, these other customers. All while my son and I stood there waiting. They finally told us that we could not receive the vaccine, despite not looking at my phone once. Outrageous incompetence. My recommendation--if you need something more from this pharmacy than self checkout for bandaids or a bottle of Powerade, don't come here.

2 hrs ++++ and still no prescription filled. After1 hr in line they could not find prescription, went back after confirming w Dr it was called in wk ago! Waited another hour- Walgreens could not connect w my valid insurance. Totally Incompetent. Going elsewhere. Also, long lines for regular purchases, shelves not restocked, poorly managed, extremely under staffed. One star is too many - deserve Negative rating -SHOP ELSEWHERE -ANYWHERE - TOTAL WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME

The store itself the employees are awesome but the employees in the pharmacy are the freakin worst !!! So rude and don't even answer the phone and claim that they do if it wasn't for cvs pharmacy my son would have never gotten his antibiotics

They should admit defeat and close this pharmacy. I only use this store when we are staying in the desert for the winter. I have spent an average of 1-2 hours on the phone trying to find out if my prescription hsd been filled. I have never gotten through on my first call. I have been hung up on numerous times while on hold. Last year everyone had Covid so after being told tomorrow I had to call my doctors office and have new ones called in to a different drug store. I was a pharmacy tech up till I retired and this would never happened in our store.
