I'm sooo disappointed. I've been doing "pick up" your groceries for a long time now and aside from them messing up my orders a few times, I haven't had any other problems until last night. I arrived to pickup my order and parked. Then they proceeded to call me and tell me my order was "not found" because apparently they had called me two hours before my pickup time to ask if I was going to make it. Excuse me? If I choose a time it's because I plan to be there at that time. I couldn't answer the phone when they called because I was busy. It is the first time they "call" me HOURS before my pickup time to see if I'm gonna make it. I'm still so upset. Waste of my time. Never again, La Quinta Walmart!

This place was horrible! They closed the customer service area over an hour early and when I was finally able to get someone to help me to cash my money orders I was told that they won't cash them because it was payment i received for work in the form of a money order. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.

They usually have everything I need. I usually come here once every few months. I came in today trying to get some things for my daughters project, and the people working here were not helpful at all. I found it a bit frustrating when someone said they were going to get keys for something, then just completely took off for 20 plus minutes. That bothered me.

Walmart - LQ 7am appt. I arrived 7 minutes early and I parked my car. The guy parked next to me rolled down his window and said "there's a line". I told him I had an appt at 7am and I had paid for it online. The tech found the tires and gave them to the service tech he told him that I had an appt at 7am. The guy that had told that there was a line had his car worked on first and left at 730am. I told the clerk Laura that I wanted to speak to the manager as I felt that I should have been helped first. She was short and rude and seemed bothered that I questioned the service. I asked to speak to the Auto Manager and she said "Look there's a picture there on the wall and she said go find him in the front of the store". I looked but could not find him and went back to Automotive and I notice they had an intercom or radio so I asked her to request him to meet me at automotive. I told her that I could not find him the store. When the Mgr arrived he seemed upset that I was making an issue about the man in the parking lot and that his car was serviced first. He said that my service was longer and his was an oil change. I told him that I looked up the time to service to 2 tires and according to google it was only 10 minutes each. I asked to speak to the store Mgr and he said his name is Luis and I ask for his last name and he said "go to the front of the store there is picture of him". He was rude and discourteous when I didn't agree with his answer. I plan to find a better service to install my tires in the future. I feel that he treated me like this because I am woman.

Super clean and nice employees! Newly transplanted from the Tri Valley in the Bay Area . This store is far superior to any that I've been in up there.

Manager was extremely disrespectful. Lines are the longest in the valley . Never clean . My recommendation is going to Target , Aldi or stater brothers instead . Always check restrooms at times they're are managers who tend to disrespect women in the workplace

You've heard this one before, 'If I could give less than one star I would." But seriously I truly mean it. And let me say, my apologies to every Karen I ever laughed at. I get it now. Never have I been so mad!!! But I digress. So I called Walmart auto center to check on tire prices. He gave me a quote on four in-stock tires and I was impressed. I said hold them for me and I'd be in the next day. Here's where it gets good. I brought my car in the morning at 8am.I gave them my information and they gave me an estimate of 3 hours. I called back in three hours to check on the progress. Of course the phone rang for five minutes before I reached Tanisha who works the counter. I let her know my situation and was placed on hold again. Ten minutes on hold she came back to ask me the same information she had requested before and once again I was placed on hold.So I began to drive there with a friend only to find my car sitting in the same spot I left it. I was pissed. I went in and still on hold I began to ask for the manager. The automotive manager, Celario, who didn't care, told me he only had two employees and he couldn't do anything. Well I beg to differ, because he sure can waste people's time. If I was told this morning he could not do the work I would have come back another day. I drive for a living and he cost me $150 this morning! Definitely don't take your car there for any reason. Steer clear. I'm going to America's Tires. Best customer service.

This is the Walmart that time forgot. It's scary. We returned some items and the vibe was so awful and unfriendly, we couldn't wait to get out of there. Whomever the manager is must have hit his/her head very hard because every single worker looks so angry and/or exhausted. Except The fellas that bring you your groceries at pickup they are all very friendly and always helpful. However that being said, be very careful as to whom "picks" your groceries. We have experienced in one order alone, opened unsealed half empty containers, opened bottles of this or that, spoiled items, expired items, but to add insult to injury to 'walk in' to return is a total hassle because you have to face the unfriendly customer service counter. Very strange 'vibe', we've never seen a store that is so poorly run and so well stocked w/ damaged items being purposely 'shopped' for your paying customers for pickup. This place is kind of a joke and you're only as good as your upper management, which tells us that's why everything is so miserable here. Do yourself a favor and shop at the Neighborhood Market on Jefferson.

If you want the worst customer service, go see Juan, he is rude, condescending and refuses returns, even though it is WalMart brand. Oh and if you question him, this man of great girth gets right on his radio and turns into a little girl, Juan has to tattle tale to his other Manager and loss prevention, and also point me out while shopping, someone is trying to return something that is a WalMart product without his receipt! For shame! He has to be a thief! Wake up WalMart! Hire Managers that have some customer service skills instead of associates like Juan. I have been in customer service Management (retired) for over 30 years, his is the very poorest. No wonder I rarely see a smile or receive a friendly hello from any associate when shopping, no personalization. It's because of who you hire. Try hiring someone with empathy. Follow the Golden Rule, be proactively helpful.

I ordered tires from this Walmart's Automotive Dept and scheduled my appt on line. I show up and they said they haven't come in yet, come back at 11:30am, so I did and still no tires. Also, I clicked all the boxes on their website (type of car, etc) and today I was told they don't work on my car anyway. So no tires and even if they had the tires, they couldn't install them anyway. The response from N__ the Automotive manager literally said 'I don't control Fed Ex'. No apology for me driving down there twice and having wrong info on the website. Absolutely horrible service and a big waste of my time.

Doesn't Walmart hire any smart college grads who majored in marketing and merchandising? It's almost summer and this Supercenter has all of the pool and patio items stuck out of the way in a dark area of the store. This should all be in THE CENTER of the store alongside swimwear, towels, lotion and other fun things for summer in a bright and appealing display. I can certainly find my pool chlorine but braindead stores are dispiriting.

Do not order tires from this store. I ordered my tires online and set my appointment. I live a bit of a distance from the store. I got there early for my install. I was told my tires weren't there that online messes up all the time. They didn't even check my order number. I then check my email to pull up the order and I have a email sent about an hour or two before saying I canceled part of my order. I did not cancel anything at that time. I called online who said the stores do this all the time. They tried calling the store. Surprise surprise no one picked up. I am not kidding that phone rang for 5 minutes before the lady with online finally gave up. There were employees there. They just chose not to pick up. I said to just cancel my entire order. This morning I got a email saying my order was ready. I called online again who said just the installs had been cancelled but my tires were there... This is after I said to cancel the entire order they day I went down there. It's not a small order either. They said they would cancel my tires and I would receive the credit back to my card in 5 days. Whatever little savings you might be getting is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Most tire shops will price match anyways. I've had other tire shops take far too long for installs when I've already set appointments for, but to show up for a appointment and to not only be told your order is not there for your appointment but also have employees who clearly don't even care to check is another. Maybe they won't even care to check if they've installed your tires correctly.

Picked up my mobile grocery order 12/29/22. I get home 30 mins later and as I'm organizing my groceries, I notice my grapes dried up basically and 3 separate spots that have mold. Disgusting.

Bought 4 tires online to install at La Quinta Supercenter Tire center. Got the car there 10 Am, about 1pm received a text that they are having an issue. Got there around 2.30 PM to learn that they cancelled the installation as they were having a problem removing some of my lugs! the supervisor, while Niko, the manager was present suggested that I bring in a better tire wrench and/or use a manual wrench to loosen the lugs for them to be able to use their air wenches to remove the lugs and then replace the tires. I could not believe what I was hearing. While looking at the workers gathering in he shop, not working and just joking around, they did not want to work!, they were charging me $117 for the installation, so I took my tires to a tire store, paid them $88, had the tires installed in less than 30 minutes. Lost a whole day in this Thanksgiving weekend to shoe my car, thanks Walmart. will never use your Auto services again. Be aware people.

Worst experience ever happened to me today. I went in for a haircut. And while waiting looked around the "super center" found what I thought was a good deal on sport cards. After purchasing and before opening them, I asked my friend if there was anything of value in them, he said no. I tried to return them and was told they were not returnable. I asked why wasn't there a sign? Or wasn't I told that by the cashier? The service rep said that they couldn't put a sign because they came from a third party vendor. So I asked, then how come the cashier didn't tell me they were not returnable? Which she had no answer to. What the heck? Bad customer service. Bad follow through. Bad retail training. Especially since the cards are stowed away at one register. That cashier should know they are not returnable. Even the first service rep didn't know the cards were not returnable until it posted it on her screen. So misleading. No advisement. And no rectification.
