If you want ignorant greeters and crap service than Walmart LQ is the place for you. You as a company should understand that hiring authentic individuals is key in customer service. Specifically your greeters have THE WORST ATTITUDE. You definitely lost a LOYAL customer!

Only if I must. I prefer Target, Kmart (if I have a choice), and lastly, Walmart. Why? Very busy store mixed with lower quality items doesn't make for a good shopping experience. On the other hand, for some items, much lower prices. If that's your driver, this is the place for you. If your desire is a nice experience, the merchandising and quality is just not there. Location specific: La Quinta, CA =========================== * Sufficient parking lot, both deep and wide. Usually, 1/3 to 1/2 full. * Helpful floor employees * Nice checker * Has fresh food and meat counter. Randy does like that!

These 5 stars go to Rose! She was an exceptional help while I was there shopping for my parents who are home bound! She literally took the time to help me find all the necessities I needed during this pandemic! She goes above and beyond the extra mile and I can't thank Rose enough!!

HORRIBLE!!! No organization or limits when you shop. Very nasty people shoving other people to get to items. Walmart needs to organize the grocery section and put limits on items Right now they are letting people HOARD!!! THEY HAVE LOST US AS A CUSTOMER!!! The Superstore Walmart in Indio, Ca on Ave 42 is AWFUL!!

S*** store shouldn't close at 11:15pm, unannounced. No notice of the web or info available that they were closing early. Lady at door was rude, I arrived 11:30 she said we closed doors at 11:15, I said info should be provided if they were closing early, she said "well I'm telling you now' Walmart is a crappy store with overpriced food.

So I have to say I had a good experience with customer service here... I bought a bookcase that needed to be assembled... I was not happy with the product, and put all the parts back in the box to return it... I thought they were going to hassle me because I opened the box.. I told them I just wasn't happy with the product and all the pieces and screws are in the box... she said okay and refunded my money... this time I was very impressed with Walmart's customer service. Thank you for your help Yvette...

Walmart is going down hill. Too many homeless people around inside and outside. I don't feel very safe here. I have noticed that this store is getting bad. Service is beginning too suck as well. Walmart associates don't seem to care. Check out machines that don't work and long lines to check out.

Walmart needs to update their auto center hours don't bother getting there at 7am because the technician CANNOT start his job on the cars without the other technician that comes at 8am, the sweet guy I believe Rafa is his name was out at 7am taking cars in while the "technician" Erik was waddling around enjoying his coffee,I asked him I was confused if they were open at 7 or 8 he then told me they open at 7am but he cannot start on the cars without the other technician at 8 so you're telling me you need 2 guys to do an oil change ? Walmart needs to really evaluate their employees and who can and can't do their job I will not be bringing my car anymore very sad because I enjoy Rafaels customer service

I love love love their grocery pick up! I order everything I need on the app, check in on the app, then drive over to the loading zone and wait. Never waiting very long either, maybe 4 minutes most. My groceries are always correct and if they don't have an item I ordered they'll replace it with a better brand or larger package at no additional cost. Also, the people who bring out my groceries are always so nice from beginning to when they're finished bagging and putting my groceries in my car. Thank you Walmart grocery pick up!

It's October and I need chlorine and acid for my pool. Also doing a lot of gardening and yard clean-up so also need those supplies. What do I find at Walmart? Christmas CRAP! Everywhere! No pool supplies. A few garden supplies hidden away. But Christmas crap in aisle after aisle. Do these Walmart geniuses think that everything stops in October out here in the desert?

Just got back from Walmart for some last minute shopping before Halloween. Found some real good deals on Halloween plates and napkins. Went to go pay for it and that's when the cashier named "Jamie" decided to play a trick on me. He was the rudest person I have met so far at Walmart. As he was ringing up the sale items, I noticed they were not come up as the sale price. I informed him of the sale price. He then told me " well YOU should have mentioned that before I started the transaction. Now I have to do this all over again" mind you all he had rung up we're the plates and napkins. We then told him that we would just go to another register where he then took our items and put it in another basket behind him. I had to go around and grab them. Where he then said "Oh you still wanted to buy them" , well I am sorry Jamie that you hate working at Walmart and that customer service is not on your list of things to keep in mind when dealing with customers. I have been in a customer service environment for 20 years and I don't know how this person could be still working at Walmart with that attitude. But nowadays this is what to expect when going to Walmart.
