“My wife and I wanted to purchase a special piece of jewelry and had a specific budget. I wanted a gold bracelet. It was a special gift for a family member. Before going into Todd & Company I visited 2 other reputable jewelry stores and left disappointed on many levels. When we arrived at Todd & Company (it was the day Hurricane Hilary hit so we were also in a hurry to get home) we were greeted by a lovely woman by the name of SHANNON. She was amazing… put our mind at ease immediately and was patient, helpful and kind. She took the time to show and explain all the possibilities within the budget for that specific gift. We found the perfect 18k gold bracelet. I also ended up buying another item that I love from there. Ask for Shannon. I recommend this store in Palm Desert. “Love it here!! The staff is so welcoming and nice. I came in for an upper lobe piercing and it was done beautifully (done with piercing gun) I payed $44 for the 14K gold august birth stone earrings (piercing is free if you buy from the piercing section of the jewelry). Totally would come back!! Btw make sure you make an appointment before coming in & they only pierce up to the 3rd piercing on the ear lobe. If you are a minor make sure to bring a parent with you :)”

“I took my mother's 1965 Bulova Sungold watch to Don Victor Jewelers in Indio for repair. They, especially Raul understood the importance of the watch. Raul was extremely empathetic (we lost her in September) to my concern. They had the lugs built back up so it is once again wearable. And I love it! I won't say they treated me like family, because that's a bad word. But Raul was patient, keeping me informed every step of the way. He understood the intrinsic sentimental value of my watch, and handled it as if it were his. Thanks Raul, for a positive experience.”

She responded quickly, really helpful and extremely friendly. When I came in the store, I was helped by Adrian. Right away, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell she really cared about us and really wanted to understand us so she can better help. You can feel that her goal was to just help us get what we are looking for and we leave happy. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and had the best time doing so. She just made the whole experience such a pleasure and very memorable. Overwhelming positive experience. “We finally found an honest jeweler! My wife took her 31-year-old wedding ring to Ken at Cartel Jewelry. He examined it and found that three of the six prongs that hold the diamond in place were either bent or missing. He explained that the ring needed to be rebuilt, and he showed my wife the options for repairing it. She chose to have the ring rebuilt, and he made it look brand new. Thanks, Ken, for taking care of my wife's ring. I hope it lasts another 30 years.”
