“I have been getting my jewelry designed, repaired and modified at a different local jeweler but had a bad experience recently when they blatantly overcharged me - yet again. I turned to Yelp to find an alternative jeweler and found that Cartel had great reviews. I had seen it before in this shopping center where I get frozen yogurt, but wasn't sure if it was open because there was no jewelry displayed in the window. But Ken is most definitely there working his magic! He buzzed me in and took a look at my broken bracelet and explained the repair needed. I did not ask for the repair cost, just decided to see where it landed when I pick it up. I received a phone call this morning from Ken to let me know it was ready for pickup and after showing me the fully repaired bracelet, asked me for twenty bucks. So yes, I now have a new jeweler!”
