I have been a customer for a long time. My 17-year-old son got his 1st hair cut from Wes. I have trusted and valued the skills here for years. Needless to say, things have changed.
I decided to take my 13-year-old daughter to get her hair cut. Simple layers nothing crazy. She's called back and Araceli makes friendly conversation with her and I. She washes my daughters hair and sits her in her chair.
She calls me over 2mins after she's done washing her hair. She tells me my 13yr old daughter has LICE! Instant panic!!! She points to white flakes in her hair. She removes the cape and tells me to take her to Walmart and get lice treatment.
My daughter is embarrassed and is almost in tears. I am also almost in tears. I take her home and immediately start looking in her hair. NOT ONE LICE EGG OR LOUSE TO BE FOUND. THOSE FLAKES WERE DRY SKIN FROM HER SCALP.
As a professional hair stylist I would have thought she would know the difference. She embarrassed a 13yr of girl for nothing. We have told everyone we know and will never be coming back here.

Today, I took my daughters to Wonder Cuts for a haircut, as it was a last-minute decision and I couldn’t book at my usual salon, Ulta. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. One of the stylists assigned to my daughter appeared inexperienced and unprofessional throughout the appointment.
The service began with what was supposed to be a simple trim, and I requested a blow-dry as well. I was informed it would be an additional $25, which I agreed to, as it’s standard to leave a salon with dry hair. However, once her hair was dried, it was visibly uneven. Although the stylist corrected it upon my request, the initial mistake was concerning.
I also asked if the stylist could curl my daughter’s hair. It quickly became evident that she was unfamiliar with the technique and struggled significantly. A coworker eventually had to step in to teach her how to create curls. Unfortunately, this resulted in repeated attempts, which led to her nearly damaging my daughter’s hair. Concerned, I politely told her it wasn’t necessary to continue and that I could curl her hair at home instead.
At this point, the stylist became visibly upset and made an unprofessional comment: “Oh, now she knows how to curl hair better than me!” I found this remark highly inappropriate and disrespectful.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to this salon in the future. I would strongly advise the management to ensure their staff is adequately trained and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

Judith gave me a phenomenal asymmetric haircut. She is very professional and cut exactly as requested with precision. She is friendly and a great communicator as well.

A few days ago I came in with hair I hadn't touched for 4 months (male). Super friendly woman knew exactly how I wanted it cut. Awesome job and good convo! Recommended.

I have been coming to this salon for over a year and I always leave feeling confident and looking great! Judith is a great hairdresser and super personable! Also the owner has always been super sweet and gets to know her clients. I will be coming back here each month for my haircuts!

I just wanted to express how pleasant and professional Aracely has been. I was not able to make my appointment and she assisted in making sure that my deposit of $51.50 was returned. One of these days I will make it to their salon and get my hair done. Thank you again Aracely for your graciousness.

I'm not sure of the spelling, but I have always had wonderful service with Elaina/Alaina. She listens to what I want, confirms and then she works her magic to make me feel Beautiful! Most recently, I went in for a highlight retouch and unfortunately, I saw a different stylist... My hair was orange and I left in tears Thankfully, I went back and was able to see Elaina/Alania. She took the time to hear me and scheduled me for a same day appointment. Upon my return, she already had a plan in place and was able to correct and elevate my highlights at no charge!!! Thank you so very much, I once again left your chair feeling Beautiful!!!

Went in for a men's haircut, wasn't sure what to expect since they were the only hair cutting place without a wait on a Sunday afternoon. But I got probably the best men's haircut I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend this place!
