Had a great experience here the lady is always calling me Mijo and makes me feel like I’m her actual son which is nice
The other dude is kind of odd he’s always eyeing me like I’m about to fill up a 32oz and drink about half only to refill it a couple of more times rinse repeat ?
But yeah it’s an overall great location great coffee always ready to go!

Your espresso cold and hot machine needs to be maintenance. Also, the soda machine needs some maintenance and cleaning. The mountain dew syrup was low.

I bought a go2bank prepaid debit card two days ago from this 7-eleven. I hand the clerk $400 in cash to put on the card . for two days I've been trying to activate the card and it kept saying invalid numbers, . I went to the store to go see the manager and she said there's nothing she can do . I've tried to call the credit card company and I'm not getting a live person. Anyone have suggestions please let me know and how to get my money back. I'm sick over this .

I've been going here 10 yrs bottom line get rid of the new old rude lady u have in the morning she can't count she don't know nothing better yet she doesn't listen she moped the floor left it soaking wet i mean wet and told me i have a problem with the water u won't get my money let alone my family's any more till she's gone other than that all ur other staff are very nice and kind 2023 no free slurpiesfor 2 years 1711 anniversary they said that the machines were broke there were no balloons outside I think they just don't want to clean up all the other 7/11 were ready to give free Slurpees on their anniversary this is always the one that says our machines are broke you know it was coming why didn't you get it ready

Every time I come here before I work(around 230-330am), the door’s are ALWAYS locked even though it says open 24/7? They’ve hired multiple new employees since the new ownership and the last overnight guy did the same thing. I give one star because the owners who work in the morning are always very friendly. Unfortunately their number is disconnected so there’s no way to complain unless you go in early in the morning and speak with the owners(during most people’s work hours)(UPDATED/EDITED): just came to this 7-11 and once again, door’s locked and no one is in sight. Ridiculous. So I went next door to Rebel Rebel and their cashier told me that a lot of her customers try going to 7-11 but the door is always locked all night every night. I’m soo glad the gas station is finally open because I am completely DONE with this 7-11. Three night’s in this past week that that the overnight cashier is AWOL and nowhere to be found.

This 7-Eleven in La Verne California is kind of hidden in an older store but the employee was very nice very helpful. The store was fully stocked with cold beverages and warm snacks behind the counter and play with very courteous very thoughtful very talkative very friendly. I wish all 7-Elevens were like this five star for you.

Wish I had a food item to post. The nighttime worker took it away for me and threw it into the trash, because she said I was trying to get it for free when my app didn’t apply. Even when said I would pay for it full price. I was really hungry and came specifically to 7-Eleven for it. I’ve never felt so disrespected and embarrassed.

I used to come here everyday for my morning coffee but I don't plan on returning after seeing mold growing on the coffee dispenser. If they can't bother to wipe this down then I doubt they're actively cleaning the ice machine and nosels.

If you're coming to this store BEWAREmy husbands debit card information was stolen when he paid at the Cashier (you read correctly) The cashier. They took his information and ran it against the ATM for $200.Luckily he caught this early and his bank is conducting an investigation but either don't come here or be aware of the fraud that recently occurred.How do you avoid fraud at the convenience check out? cash, prepaid cards, don't go to locations where others have reported fraud.

Five star for the excellent customer service and the new slurpee addition. My boyfriend and I are always looking for sugar free options (as he tries to minimize how much sugar he intakes). We only found one other location that offers a sugar free slurpee option. And when we came in to recommend this option at a location close to us, they said they just added it. So, if you want a slurpee and need a sugar free option, try the Vitamin Water Blueberry Hibiscus. It's a great refresher!

The new clerk is wonderful. Best customer service from any clerk at this location i have seen in a long time. I'm a mail carrier and this clerk always greets us with a smile and positivity, every day. Great job hiring this guy.

Products vary by location but overall service was nice and courteous
