I called AAA because I had no battery power to my car. Within 30 minutes Omar showed up and got my car started. He showed me how much power I had and more than likely what the problem was. He was pleasant and informative. I've used AAA for years and I am happy with their service. Thank you Omar for your service and kindness

I love this AAA location. They are so helpful and fast service. I was able to get all my dmv registration done in under 10 minutes and found out they even do handicapped placards ans registration. Saved me having to go to DMV and mail in forms.

Don't ever break down with a pet! AAA is ridiculous. It's 93 degrees outside and our vehicle broke down. We were on our way to an adoption event with a rescue puppy. The operator told us it's up to the driver to allow us with a dog. After that, we find out the operator dispatched service in the wrong city after we gave a specific address. So it tacked on an additional hour in this heat at a sketchy park in Pomona. How in the heck are you going to provide half a service? I own dogs as well. Why would I want to continue service with you if they policy is in place? If there's no way around dealing with the contractors, then AAA needs to provide either reimbursement for a ride share/taxi or specifically find someone who will allow someone with pets. Get it together AAA!

Horrible. I walked in for renewal of registration. The receptionist greeted me. I told her I had a renewal with an exception. Before I could finish she pointed to the line. I again said there's an exception. She replied they do renewals over there. She didn't want to listen. And to top it off the except credit cards only if the credit card matches the name on the registration. And there's a 2.3% transaction fee to use a credit card. You'll take my check for my son's registration but you will not take my credit card for that seem registration? Makes absolutely no sense.

Stopped by today and was greeted with a smile and welcome, Nina was great in helping me do the transfer of ownership and was very professional, Harold in the Insurance department makes understanding Insurance policies much easier.Thanks to all in the Laverne Branch!!Abel

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT become a member. The service is horrible now. I have been with AAA for 10 years. I had to wait 5 hours for a tow truck. Not too mention I was sitting in my car for those 5 hours. I was supposed to get towed to a tire shop so I could get a replacement tire. Not only did a truck come after the tire shop was closed. I had to get towed home and wait for a truck the next day! Then, I got towed to the tire shop and had to call cancel an appointment as a result. That appointment cost me money I will not get back. Imagine if I had my 8 year old with me? I was stuck at a business not anywhere near my home. The service WAS professional in the past. But like some other large companies device is not imperative anymore. I was insulted by a phone rep. I even spoke to a supervisor that stated I would get a call the next day to get a reduced rate to renew my membership. Guess what? Know one called me. I had to call in only to get told I need to call back. I let the rep know that is not acceptable. Then, a superior came to the line and PROMISED I would get a call back the next day. I doubt I will receive the call. I recommend getting road side coverage from another source such as an insurance company. If I was in a dangerous area and got murdered? All they would do is apologize to my family. HORRIBLE

i never recommen tripple aaa emergency road assistant ever!! i been a member for 15 years but for the last 2 years its been hell !! peggy supposedly a tripple emergency road customers service manager was very illetrate,rude,ignorance, beyond idiot she keep telling me over the phone i was never a tripple aaa member dispate i give info she needs i think peggy, piggy didn't realisze as member im paying her salary how ignorance ..

Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant. Expedited a late registration renewal + title transfer that likely would've wasted hours of my time at the DMV, if not days. The wait time was only a few minutes, even waiting for a specific employee to become available. Save yourself the headache and go on a weekday. Weekends anywhere are gonna be rough. Based on the reviews it seems like a lot of people fail to follow basic instructions or bring required documents and then blame AAA for their own inability to pay attention. The AAA people wade through so much stupid nonsense all day - give them a freakin break, man. Don't be d*** and unreasonable and they will get you where you need to go. It's night-and-day from the DMV experience.

you really need to have cameras to check on your drivers driving if you dont already this dumbhead cut me off so bad had to step on the brakes just because his lane was going slower happened on 1/6/23 indian hills and lincoln at 3:40pm

Horrible customer service! The "branch member specialist" was so rude. I have been a member for 29 years and I have never received service like this. he was very happy and telling me he couldn't accommodate my service and offered no other suggestions. After leaving I called the 800 number and spoke to a very nice representative who was able to help me. They need some customer service workshops to help them give better service to the community. I am considering canceling my membership.
