“Have lived here for a year and a half and love this place. All the staff are super friendly. The facilities like the pool and gym are great! The ability to BBQ is also a great thing to have especially since there is some poolside. The maintenance crew are very courteous and fast at helping with whatever problems you may have. Highly recommend coming and checking out this as a place to live.”

“I moved in back in November 2023 in a one bedroom apartment . Ever since then I never had a problem at all with the maintenance crew or rental office at all Sonia is the best very polite and understanding Polo Carrillo does an outstanding job his work is great very trustworthy and always on time he recently fixed my sink that wasn't draining . They always keep the outside clean even the stairs too . They always offer some snacks in the office Their response time is super quick .”

“I lived here for two years and waited until I moved out to post a review. Best thing about here is the brilliant staff (from the management to the maintenance staff)
Staff here is professional, friendly, reliable and punctual. If they say they will come and fix something at a certain time, they will do so. Front desk staff is very friendly and care about students/tenants.
There is coffee station at the lobby and treats for pets. There are plenty of study rooms/areas.
Daumier is exclusively for WsternU staff and students so it's very calm and there's zero drama. Building is very secure. On top of that there's westernU Security patrolling the surrounding and the car park.
I'm leaving 4 stars only for two reasons. One is the issue of the "mail forwarding". Daumier is considered a business adress so usps wont allow mail forwarding after you move out (however the wonderful staff here still text me when i get mail to this address so that i won't lose any latters). The second bad thing is the constant breakdown of elevators.
Other than that this place is brilliant and the best place to stay if u r a westernU student.”

“Trailer parks are ok they have a security guard driving around and a automatic gate at night that is automatically closed and only residents with remote can open.”

Only comment they left the light on, so I knew they replaced it but just in case other things that aren’t so noticeable you guys probably should put some kind of a tag on the door that tells the apartment person that the issue has been fixed. Again, not a complaint just a suggestion.”
“I've lived in many places after spending 20+ years in the military, and I've never seen a property manager and maintenance team as good & as active as this one.Spend just 30 seconds talking to Kimberly, and you will see how much pride she takes in making sure this is a great community.You will see Kim or Jose daily, whether you come into the office or not. They are checking the area, fixing noticable issues & they always have a moment to listen to resident concerns... or to simply say hello.A good review from me has to be earned, and this review is WELL DESERVED.”

“Very beautiful apartments I love the view on how I can just look at the mountains, they allow pets got 2 pools to choose the only bummer is no playground. The managers Maria and Crystal are just the sweetest they are always ready to help they are so professional if I have any issue with my apartment I get it fixed as soon as possible or they always give me notice if any delays. They have made living here awesome.”

“I just moved in before Christmas and the entire process of touring, choosing an apartment, applying, get approved, paying deposit and getting the key took only 3 days! Beautiful and well maintained units. Lawn is mowed every week, there is constant security, and the office staff has been amazing and helpful. So happy I moved in!”
