I’m reading all the reviews about the store manager.. and just shocked with my experience. The store manager was so unprofessional and absolutely no help. I went In to see how I can get my phone fixed because the charging port stopped working. He made me feel so dumb and was so unprofessional.. like he didn’t even care. But thankful for the associate that helped me out! He felt so bad that he actually gave me a discount for a charging pad.. so kudos to him.

I dont normally write reviews, but the new store manager, Anthony, went above and beyond with customer service! Helped with getting a new line setup, gave insight on new features on my phone, AND helped with lowering my bill each month! Will be going back for sure!

This AT&T sucks. Everytime no matter the time of day the door is always locked with no one in sight.
They should close if they're never going to open. Now I have to go further out the way to get what I need. At Verizon someone is always there. SMH

Dishonest and very commission driven. After learning of my veteran status the associate told me I qualified for free AirPod pros. Two months later after reviewing my bill I noticed some charges. What the associate had did was give me a veteran discount on my account that was almost the same as the monthly payments on the AirPods. I should have been offered the discount based on my service, not in exchange for buying accessories. These retail stores are commission driven, and should not be trusted. The staff here is not looking out for your best interest. You're much better off going to a corporate store like San Dimas.

New guy wasted my time. Made me call their 611 support line to get "verified", and low and behold, I was verified online. Go to the Arrow Highway store, it's not too far from this one. This guy is just going to waste your time with a bad attitude.

I’d leave negative stars if I could. This store is a complete scam. Amy the salesperson talked us in to a iPhone apple watch promotion. She promised we’d be able to upgrade our phones watches and plan and pay a little less then what we were paying. Who knows what she did but now we’re stuck with a 400$ monthly bill and almost 3000$ In Equipment fees that no one seems to be able to fix. Stay as far away as possible. It’s not a real AT&T store. They’re “retail” stores that are individually owned. Stay as far away as possible. Go to a real AT&T store and if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

I came in for an upgrade, said i didn’t want anything else added other than the phone and noticed 2 days later “Next up” was added and insurance for an additional $20 a month. It wasn’t on my receipt or paperwork at all, i only knew because of an email i received. Not only that, he suggested a car charger that didn’t even work for my phone. i tried to come return it and after the worker not knowing anything and being on the phone with a manager, he tried to say he can’t return it because it’s open, then switched to he can’t return it because he’s not a manager and he’s the only one here and to come back on Monday.
