I've been banking with B of A for 30+ years. The banking industry's transformation from in-person banking to digital banking has been beyond frustrating. I've threatened to switch banks several times due to poor customer service...but the reality is that all banks have crappy customer service. Although most transactions can now be performed online, some can only be completed in person. As a business owner, I encounter this more often than I prefer. To my astonishment, the folks at B of A Financial Center in La Verne have provided me with exceptional customer service. Not just once, but several times over the past year. Maybe I'm just lucky (which I doubt), but I feel obligated to recognize their efforts. These folks are working hard to change the perception, and I truly appreciate!

While I was waiting to have my pin reset the financial adviser and customers are having conversations about being able to shoot people and and wanting Gavin Newsom to either be hurt or shot so he knows how it feels. Then the financial adviser mentioned the homeless guy in NYC being killed with a chokehold and the old lady said he should have been shot.I went to the teller holding the iPad helping people in line. I asked to have someone else help me because I wasn’t comfortable with him and their conversation. I explain to her what they were talking about and she goes “I don’t think you know what they’re talking about he just got robbed.” I told her OK I’m sorry for that but that’s not what they were talking about. Then I asked if she could help me and she says he’s the only one that can help me, you so I left.It’s disgusting that people are talking about shooting elected officials and other people in this day and age. I would go to another bank but honestly, you are all the same.

Very bad service center.Honestly I really want to close account.Too many hacking problems.They never promised time.Inside my car food all gone because waiting time.

Standard Bank of America. Came in to get 2 cards replaced, but could only get 1 resolved, took most of an hour. Staff at lunch may have played part in wait. Staff overall were very pleasant, would likely come here again if needed.If you need a loan, Amber is quite friendly and helpful, imagine she would be very informative.No idea if restrooms are available. Parking, entrance, and counter are accessible. Though if you have accessibility issues enter the building from the North entrance, the south entrance has stairs.

Horrible customer service!! Don’t bother to come here and try different location nearby if have any questions about EDD. I will not visit this location ever again!

Worries customers services and long lines and only 2 tellers. My dad can't see well and he is having trouble on his credit card and they tell him you need to call the number on the card. He did that 6 times already and still no one here would help him

Conveniently located, love using the outside tellers. It makes my life and errands so much easier versus having to go inside the bank.

Crappiest customer service ever. Long lines with no tellers. Got there one minute before closing and Robert would not let me in. This is how they value their customers. Enough of the ridiculous shortened Covid hours. People need to do their business. Switching banks soon. The big banks are full of fees and don't care about their customers.

Poor customer service, staff and bank manager make you feel more if a bother and nuisance opposed to a customer. I dread having to go inside this bank every time. Closing account soon

Great customer service! Very efficient process of allowing only a certain amount of customers in at a time due to covid requirements and 6 feet social distancing. Clean branch and the line moved very quickly. Would recommend since many branches are closed in the area. Also good to see a security guard at the door for extra safety precautions.
