“I gave John and his guy my front and back wheels of my fat bob, and not only did I give them to him 15 minutes before they closed but it was a holiday weekend. They didn't over charge me like a couple of other places I had called earlir, they just got to work swapped my tires and balance them for $35 a piece. For all those Harley/cruiser owners who like white walls, (shout out to the homies) come through! They got you, and not just Shinko ma G's.”
“This place is definitely a hidden gem and one of the best-kept secrets! The store is always well-stocked and organized, with a great selection of brands to choose from. I usually go with Dixxon since they’re my preferred brand, and the prices here are really good.
The customer service is great too. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!”

Zuni is so sweet and she was super helpful to my sister and I when we were looking for some on theme outfits for a mehndi celebration at the last minute ? She literally saved us and worked with us to find some beautiful pieces that would fit us (we are mid size to plus size) even going as far as reaching out to other people she knew to try to find outfits in our sizes. And I personally really loved that she was teaching us how to wear the outfits free of judgement.

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

Originally I had a major addiction to the tote bags, then I fell in love with her big fuzzy bathrobes, I am currently addicted to her jewelry, particularly bracelets and earrings. My Mother and sister buy pajamas exclusively from her. You can’t go wrong at Jasmine . The store decor is constantly fresh and new. A true gem of the Claremont Village.”
“I just wanted to name dropperly, quick julian! Was the absolute most hospitable customer service friendly person I have talked to in a while. I came in and I saw the red and pink womans addidas and immediately wanted them. He saw me enter the store.Said hello, acknowledged me saw that I was interested in the shoes came to check on me.Happily went to go and get me a seven and a half size shoe... I promise you normally.That is always my size but in these adidas, they ran a little big.So he had to go up there a few different times on this, really tall big ladder, and dig through boxes that are stacked up high for storage. While he was helping me, he was still kindly helping others. I'm writing this review because his patients and his kindness made an impression on me. I don't see this very often.Anymore, especially from a young adult like him. Anyways, I don't shop there very frequently. I go in there with my niece because she loves that store and she always has a great experience as well. But I wanted all the managers to know that he did not make me feel like I was doing too much. He didn't make me feel like he didn't want to be there. If anything quite the opposite and he interacted with me, asked me what I was shopping for the occasion had a good conversation. Thank you!”

“2nd To None has an amazing selection of clothes in this mall. Their customer service is indeed top tier and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I moved out of state and always place orders with them. I receive my order's usually within 2 days. They also have the best sales during the year. “I want to comment on my most recent experience this holidays season of 2023. I came in on a Tuesday night for last minute shopping. I checked the store hours and seen on Yelp that they close @10pm. To my surprise, they actually close at midnight. The lovely cashier informed me as I casually made conversation when I was paying for my stuff. She informed me that that stay open late for the holidays and go back to normal hours after. She was very warm and kind to me and she took great care of my purchase made. The selection available at this location is like at any other. Sometimes there is good stuff and sometimes there is barely anything. I think you have to be a proactive ROSS shopper to know the best deals and days to come. The only one I know of is because of my mom, she's a senior and makes it a point to go to her local Ross on Tuesday because of Ross Senior Discount Tuesdays - Ross is a discount retailer that provides people 55+ years with a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. I LOVE ROSS for all my household and clothing needs. I always find the best shoes, boots, work clothes & shoes, purses, toys for kids and toddles, clothes for babies, etc. I also find great deals on gifts for all occasions. Anything from baby showers to weddings, literally any event! You can find something here and at a great price! This location is great ! Keep up the great work everyone !”
“I want to give a huge thank you to Laurie for going above and beyond to help me when I lost my keys while shopping. After searching the store for nearly two hours and feeling like I was going crazy looking for them, Laurie took the time to help me search and genuinely cared about helping me find them.
What impressed me most was that she didn’t stop once the keys were found—she actually came out to the parking lot to locate me and make sure I got them back. That level of customer service is rare and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.”
