Worst pharmacy! They don't care about customers. We had just come directly from urgent care to get antibiotics and arrived at pharmacy at 9:01pm (seriously 9:01pm, no joke) and were told they couldn't help us because they closed at 9pm. I explained we had come from urgent care and needs medicine for sick child. They said sorry but you have to come back tomorrow. They were still open and helping customer in line, just weren't willing to help one more customer that came in.

The LaVerne cvs has the worst female Associates I have ever met in my life they are so rude they don't greet you they don't say thank you they don't say go jump off a cliff they're horrible

the pharmacy is absolutely horrible i was on hold for 45 minutes before i got to speak with a real person who want helpful at all. take your business somewhere else if you want actual customer service

CVS in San Dimas shut down, I was forced to go to this one because it's the next neatest one. I say forced, because my work-provided health plan forces us to use CVS fir meds. I was told my prescriptions would be transferred over here. I called to refill, system didn't recognize the information. Somebody came on the line, asked me to hold, then hung up on me. He said he has "20" people on hold. They are either terribly understaffed here, or grossly incompetent. Either way, not good news.

My Personal Physician put in an order for medication during the start of the week. The pharmacy received the order & stated they could not give me the medication until the weekend on Saturday. I call in Saturday morning & the pharmacist tells me they are out of the medication & that's it's been back ordered for months. The pharmacy should have notified me earlier of this. This pharmacy is not reliable & I would not trust getting my medication filled &/or refilled here.

The service here is the worst I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. The things you have to do to get someone on the phone are ridiculous. Menu after menu , 15 min on hold only to have them hang up on you, twice ! Then I called back the next day, same thing. Click 1 for this 2 for that etc...it went on & on for 10 to 15 min. Press 0 for an operator. Yeah right, you get put on hold and then ...dialtone. the bastards hang up on you ! I'm transferring ALL my prescriptions somewhere else !

Although the store itself is a older building, they have managed to have good lighting well stocked shelves, a nice variety. They do have some food and beverages but not too much. They do have a pharmacy inside, although I have yet to use that one. Plenty of parking handicap parking in front. They have a photo department there a staff that I have run into so far has been friendly.

To the manager of the pyrmacy the he/him pyrmacist who is working tonight and closed on 3/10/23 who answered my call at 8:30 pmWas utterly rude and unhelpfulIt was dishearting to be honest.medical/pyrmacy industry workers who only project negativity toward physically/mentally sick people who litterly come to you for HELP is disgusting and if you don't like your job then find a new one...because this one ain't it. You coming to work just to make people feel worst about the situation they are in. Do you understand that you acting rude/unhelpful towards people who are on the brink of maybe a life changing situation isn't very human of you. I understand that we have bad days but if you are out here treating people like this everyday? If so sir please venture on a new career path and make room for a person who wants to actually help and heal the community.

Damn I don't know what is up with this pharmacy. I came here with my wife on a Friday night and they were rude as hell! Honestly I felt like they were lying to us and discriminating us. They told us the hospital we just came from was lying. My wife just had surgery and was hospitalized for days. This was the last thing we needed. Going to be making formal complaints to every corporate bureau humanly possible.

Pharmacy staff top notch! This CVS pharmacy seems to always have a line - a lot of folks use it and now I know why. The staff behind the pharmacy counter runs like a well-oiled machine.I was there for over an hour today (not their fault, in fact, they corrected a call-in error that my physician made so that I could get my prescription filled) and while I was waiting I had the opportunity to observe how respectful the staff was to each person who walked up to get their mediation. I also noticed that they kept the line moving as best as possible - when the cashier had to go on break, the pharmacist started working the register. However, despite the long line of folks waiting, the staff that was ringing up the prescriptions took the time to find the best pricing for medicare patients (often it was a coupon). Each customer was treated with respect and courtesy. Awesome.

I went to my doctor today and I usually go to a different cvs but I sent it to this one. I go in and they don't have all 3 of my prescriptions. So I have her call my doctors and while she is doing it this old lady with brown hair who isn't even a pharmacist is giving me attitude and belittling me saying we don't have it that I'm wrong. So after the phone call says it's going to be 1 hour for my other 2 prescriptions cause they only had one I come back 2 hours later and they still don't have them ready saying they don't have them on file when I just went through this whole process already. Save your time go to another pharmacy. Don't trust these people with your medicine. Take your business elsewhere.

I continually have the worse service by a older lady Helen here at the pharmacy who is so rude. If she doesn't want to talk to people or assist maybe you should change positions or quit. She is so miserable. Each and everytime I come here she has attitude and I guess if I don't tell her why I am here, she just stares you down until you speak. Seriously....I can get my medication elsewhere.

Don't ever use their pharmacy delivery service. They never take responsibility for any lost or undelivered medication. They make you pay out of pocket for it. So don't be surprised if you get stuck with a 1,000 dollar bill. I've never heard of a business that does not take responsibility for their delivery especially that they advertise for it and make it available on their website. Never mind the fact that they have already charged you and your insurance for the medicine. Corporate greed at its best. No wonder they get a two star rating for customer satisfaction. Having said so, the bright spot is Joe Helou. Very bright and helpful pharmacist and the only reason I still go there.
