“The owner really doesn’t like if you try and change the flowers that are already made a certain way in the catalog, she’ll tell you that’s ugly lol but, I purchased a floral spray for my mothers casket and it turned out really nice. The young lady that works there is very nice, knows what she’s doing and pretty much knows how to deal with her boss.”
“In November, I was searching for a flower shop and wasn’t impressed with ordering flowers online. I wanted to be sure I received exactly what was pictured—fresh, full arrangements, not wilted flowers or something smaller than expected. I decided to look for a local flower shop near my mother’s home so I could order flowers for her birthday.
That’s when I came across Passionate Florist, which had excellent reviews. I should also mention that I was placing a last-minute order—I called the shop on a Saturday, and my mother’s birthday was the following Monday. To make things even more challenging, it was the week of Thanksgiving, one of the busiest times for florists.
Despite all of that, Helena went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement right on time. My mother absolutely loved the flowers and really appreciated the special care instructions Helena provided to help them last longer.

First time using Rogers Floral Shop and I was so impressed. I ordered the Ocean Breeze Spray from their website (placed the order in person since it was my first time using them), and the staff was incredibly helpful.
They promised delivery the morning of the service so the flowers would be fresh and they absolutely delivered. The arrangement arrived before the 10am funeral service, looked exactly like the photo on their website, was fresh and stunning. We received so many compliments.
Best pricing I found in the Rancho Cucamonga / Upland area, yet the flowers looked anything but inexpensive. I will definitely be using them again.”

I tipped her well to show appreciation. I didn't wait too long and she was happy to do it despite the shop already having about four browsing customers.”
“I was very pleased with the arrangement delivered today for a birthday surprise. The flowers were beautifully selected and placed and the wood container was a nice “fall” touch. The florist messaged to ensure someone was home due to high heat vs just leaving it to wilt at the door… I consider this an above-average customer service.
The price-point was also a competitive price, in fact much better than most florists I considered. The price was perfectly matched to the size and style of the arrangement.
I recommend this florist for all of your occasions. I will use them again in the future.”

* service: 5 stars; soon as I walked into their establishment I was greeted and asked how my day was. Followed by the owner inviting me into her refrigerated flowers section.
She allowed me some time in private to look and then at the appropriate time she walked in and asked me if I needed any help. ZERO pressure sales tactics which I appreciated.
* Flower selection 5 stars: I was expecting much when I parked but soon as I walked in I was surprised at how big her selection was. Her personally created pre-made arrangements were beautiful. And I used her arrangements to start picking things I liked to use in what I wanted for my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend.
* Flexibility and creativeness 5 stars: Owner was extremely flexible with my ideas and started pulling flowers from her pre-made arrangements and combining with other flowers that peaked my interest so I could see them together and make a confident decision.
* stuffed animal selection 5 stars: I was surprised to see an entire glass display dedicated to just romantic stuffed animals. Found a cute puppy dog pair couple with a joining heart and stuffed flower which was perfect for an anniversary gift.
* price point 5 stars: honestly, when I seen the finished product I was expecting $300+...to my surprise it was $100 LESS than my expectations which made me breath better lol
* end product 10 STARS!: I mean, look at the pictures attached to my post. Absolutely STUNNING ? ✨️, her choice of green and hints of white in the midst of the larger red and purple selections I chose was absolutely PERFECT. All of the flowers were very alive and not wilting a single bit. STUNNING arrangement. Will definitely be back for future orders!

“5 Stars for Ray the Florist. I needed a last-minute bridal bouquet around Valentines Holiday and it was hard to find a florist that could fulfill the order. I've had experiences in the past when I show an arrangement and the florist does not execute the look I was going for so I was very nervous considering it was last min. I did call often and he was very understanding. I appreciate his work and his time.
