“My dad’s 80th birthday was coming up, and I wanted custom sweatshirts for all of us to wear with pictures of him during various stages of his life. A friend of mine was supposed to design and make ours, but her grandmother passed and I needed to find a company to make them on very short notice. I called all around and found Patty and Raquel at New Color Screen Printing!!! They were amazing to work with! Not only did they assure me the sweatshirts would be done in time, they helped with design, layout, and font in just a few days. They really brought my ideas to life, and provided mockups so I knew what to expect beforehand. I am forever grateful for their help, excellent communication, and speed! “I work for a nonprofit, and we have printed with QIP for a few months now. I have been consistently impressed by their quality and customer service. We had to quickly place a reorder of one flyer, for example, because my boss loved the material and the print job.
QIP’s customer service has also been great. Gina has spotted a number of mistakes that would’ve affected printing as well as taking care of multiple jobs on urgent deadlines. Recently, one job was completed incorrectly due to a miscommunication, and she graciously issued us a credit for the mistake.
Price-wise, QIP seems to have very competitive rates compared to the other options that I have explored. I definitely recommend checking them out for your printing needs!”
