Wow ! Been using the online version for years. Now brought it in no biggie just one w2 5 min meeting for wife $400 dollars. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. They wait to hit you at the end. She also had to check with supervisor to see if she needed to claim child support. Beware.

My issue is not with this H&R Block, but the company in general. This is the third year I've used H&R Block to file my taxes. For the first two years, I was able to do my taxes by myself, and for free. This year, the website was intentionally made difficult to use for free users. This is dishonest, and now I have to spend $30 I needed for food to file my taxes. I googled it, and I guess H&R Block got hit with a class-action lawsuit from "customer who alleges that the company redirects low-income taxpayers who are entitled to a free tax program to their fee-based tax filing products." Spoiler alert: they're still doing that. Keep the $30, I will never use H&R Block again.
