“I had a wonderful experience at Jared!! Went to this location on May 22nd. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased a bracelet for myself, but what really stood out to me was what happened with my son (3 years old) he dropped his bracelet outside the store, and the store manager went out of his way to ship it back to us without any cost even though it wasn’t something that was part of their merchandise. My son’s bracelet was worth $10 but very meaningful to us. That level of customer service, care, and kindness is rare. They didn’t have to do that but they did, and it made a lasting impression. Huge shout out to the store manager!! Thank you so much!!”

The previous place I went to charged me a battery for a watch that was automatic for 25 dollars and kept that watch overnight literally pretending to order a special battery for it feeling so stupid when realizing it didn't even need a battery since it was automatic. Fast forward to my experience here when the main owner here quoted me 8 dollars for the battery on my other watches and informing me that my other specific watch didn't need a battery which is how I found out I was conned at the previous place. Incredibly honest and very affordable pricing compared to the watch shops around the valley”

“My husband and I brought our wedding rings in to be resized. Everyone we met with when we dropped our rings off and picked them up made us feel comfortable.
We were nervous to drop off our rings as we had them custom made but the jeweler was spot on with the proper sizing and assured us that he would be able to maintain the integrity of our rings.

“Today 1/13, we were passing by Lizzie’s Goldmine and noticed there were some services offered that we were interested in such as watch repair, ear piercing etc.
This location was not familiar to us so wanted to read reviews about the store on google before entering the store to ask for assistance.
Well, the reviews were so great, we immediately turned around to go back to visit Mr. Dan. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the many questions we had regarding his business offerings.
After 40 plus years in the business, he was as the reviews read, “one of the most knowledgeable business owners in Claremont regarding watch repair, jewelry repair and ear piercing.” His pricing as posted is real for piercing so go in and speak with him about his piercing process which included studs (silver/gold). We had ours done on the spot and will visit again for other services for sure!
We now as of today, have a respectable watch & jewelry repair location with an incredible owner Mr Dan whom we can trust after our visit today. We were so blessed to have found his business for today and in the future!
We will refer our friends and family to him so they can help support a local jeweler they can trust and build a relationships with over time!

“This place is literally a gem! I've known about them for decades since I've used the car wash regularly. I didn't give them much thought. But a couple of years ago I needed a ring sized for my wife. The regular jewelers in San Dimas either wouldn't do it or wanted a ridiculous amount of money. This place did it quickly and very reasonably and it came out perfectly! Since then they've been my go to for jewelry repair, cleaning or adjustments and ice been very happy. Always quick, always quality work and always reasonable. We've even bought some jewelry from them, and when they didn't have what we were looking for, they brought it in just for us.
I'm happy to have found them, I think anyone who needs jewelry repairs, cleaning or even something new deserves to give them a chance.”

“This is my favorite piercing shop to go to, everyone that I have interacted with has been so nice, caring, and knowledgeable about the jewelry and services they provide. I would say that the base prices for jewelry and services is what I would expect, but if you want something a little more interesting the prices can jump, but that is because of the quality of material used in that specific piece. I would also like to say that I wish they had more than one piercer at a time, from my experience there is usually only one piercer working at a time, which means that wait times can be long (even if you have an appointment), so plan on being there for atleast an hour or more. With all this being said, the wait times and pricing are something that I exepect going in so I still highly recommend this place.”

“Went into Rodeo to pick out a wedding band, but with the way my ring was originally made, straight bands didn’t sit completely flush and would have a gap. Rodeo offered to alter my ring, so that I could get the straight band I wanted. They did an incredible job with my ring, cleaning it, & sizing my band! It also took less than a week to complete! They were also super patient throughout the process and I didn’t feel like they were ever trying to oversell me. Thank you so much!”
