Dropped by a while back, not impressed with the staff’s zombie look or lack of expression, their free-smell sign doesn’t help, only comes across patronizing. The touch and feel pales in comparison with their competitor JM.

Great fresh sandwiches, speedy service, and great customer service! Absolutely love there Italian Night Club sandwich. Their bread and ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend eating here.

SATURDAY afternoon and I stopped in for a quick sandwich and they are out of bread!? Told I must wait 10-15 minutes! And then they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip!!!For a sandwich shop that's only business is making sandwiches, if you are out of bread, you aren't you out of business?

YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION!Unfortunately, the first impression of Jimmy John's in La Verne, CA was very poor. The person taking orders was cold, unfriendly, and had an expression on her face that was as unwelcoming as the iceberg lettuce she put on my sandwich. When I placed my order, there was no one in front of me and no one waiting behind me. However, the person who took my order seemed indifferent and uninvolved. The way she represented the company gave me the impression that she did not enjoy her job.After I got my order, I went back to the counter and asked for the sandwich to be cut in half. While holding the large cutting knife in her hand she walked to the counter, refused to cut the sandwich, then still carrying the cutting knife, walked over to a different section and handed me a plastic knife. Incredible. I wasn't impressed with Jimmy John's during my first visit due to their below-par service and the unfriendliness of the server. Displeased with my experience, I decided to return and requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to Taylor and Eric as the manager was unavailable. They apologized for my negative experience.Sad to say the first impression of Jimmy John's was already set, but maybe a better impression could have been made if someone else had waited on me.JS

A couple of thingsWalked in and they are blasting death metal. Now, I like metal as much as anyone but not at a restaurant. Wasn't greeted either. Nor a thank you for coming in as I left. They really seemed like they weren't happy to be at work. Next, they were out of whole pickles. How is JJ out of whole pickles on a Saturday. The chips were not very fresh. Paul date wasn't until September 4, but they just didn't taste fresh. Not the first time Jimmy John's chips have been less than stellar. Maybe it's just who makes them. The problem is, you can't really bring your own chips in to the place, or should I say, you shouldn't. maybe next time I will. The sandwich was OK. Pretty much what you expect.

I LOVE the JJ App!!It saves my favorites making it so easy to order. I'm able to pick it up at the designated area by the door.JJ has a reward program. Definitely keeps me going back.When I'm traveling out of state, I see a JJ... I make the stop for lunch.

If I can give more stars I will, it was my family & I first time eating here. The cashier Jazmine was so helpful & suggested some great sandwiches for us to try for our first time. I'd definitely be coming back for the great food & staff being awesome ! Thanks again, Jazmine & other staff !

Got a 8inch turkey with avocado. Only about 2 slices of meat and maybe they used about 1/5 of a avocado for the whole sandwich. Whole thing was about half bread. Waste of money, hire some people who actually want to do their job. F*** i was hungry too. Whats this world come too where yall cutting a brotha short on some turkey, make me a real sandwich!

I used to live 5 minutes away from here so Jimmy Johns was my go to lunch spot. The quality of the sandwiches and even the bread itself is so fresh and put together so neatly. The staff, especially the GM are so welcoming and helpful, it's comforting when they even remember my name. I don't live close by anymore but any time I'm around I always stop by and buy a sandwich!

Beach club is my go to! It has the following : turkey, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and I pay extra for the bacon...eye roll On downside is, The charge for bacon is at a whopping $2.49 for skinny see through slices of bacon ...come on Jimmy John's, that is like a $1.15 worth of bacon you won't be disappointed with the taste Second time to this location. Feed me good, get a review, feed me bad, I'll never come back..and I'll still review
