Came in for a quick stop for some yarn and Melissa was a delight. She was very helpful, very nice, and funny, and super quick! Thank you, Melissa! You made our quick trip to the store a good time :)

Most horrible cuctomer service in this locations, employee at the check out did know the policy.. They are not honoring a price match no matter what type of proof you bring. Both employees who worked on 2/10/24 very disrespectfull to the customer"s needs. Thank you with online assistance, i was able to solve the issue.

Apparently, this store overcharges.
I’m addition, they don’t open on time due to employees being late to work.
Waste of time and money.

This is a small store, so I won't hold that against them. I placed an order online for curbside pick up. I pull up and the two curbside pick up parking spots are both full with no one in the cars. So I park and give them a call and let them know I'm there for my curbside pick up. When the woman comes out, she informs me that I'm lucky because it's after five and they don't do curbside pick up after five. I honestly don't have any issue with the policy but you have to communicate that to the customers. If I had known, I would've tried to leave work early. I'm still excited to have a local fabric store in which I could run into in a pinch....

If I could give this store 0 out of 5 stars I would. How disgusting. I had only been to this store once before about a year ago and had the exact same experience and called corporate, they clearly have done nothing about the disaster in their store. There are boxes everywhere and items shoved in isles they do not belong in. This location needs to either be shut down or they need to remodel or find a bigger space.

Polite sales ladies at La Verne store! Great selection of fabrics. It would be much easier to shop for yarn if there weren't boxed stacked in front of the racks.
