Really happy with the service here and especially the help I've gotten from Kishor Dalal. I've been traveling for several months now and they've been essential in me keeping on top of my mail while I've been away. I've even had a few special requests and they've always been very helpful. I would recommend them very highly.

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. Do not give your money to this business. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive. This place is listed as FedEx drop off location and I needed to return ans item from Wayfair. I came in an hour before closing and told the owner I need to ship via FedEx. He right away told me that FedEx already picked up for the day. I said that was okay. He seemed disappointed that I still wanted to ship. I told him the box was long and without looking at the box he told me he didn't have room for it and I needed to ship it from somewhere else. I asked him to please look at the box before he automatically said no. He begrudgingly got up from his chair and looked at the box. He reluctantly decided to take it but told me I had to carry it to his back office. This owner did everything in his power to make me not want to drop off this box. This business should be removed as an authorized FedEx drop off. Horrible experience!

Seems like this is a do it allfor the local community. Really friendly staff and can do notary and passport photos with no appointments.

Don't go there , owner choose what it makes more money for him , if he felt that he will make less money from you then he will discourage you to the service at his office , don't even smile and stand up and talk to you , I checked that place more than one time but always disappointed me , some times he says no receipt I can give you for return or the ven scan the return item and says just go to any where else

This guy doesn't seem to like his job. As a DHL partner I'm not surprised. I had to wait for him to boot up his equipment for a simple package pick-up. While this was going on, another customer came in after me and got zero acknowledgement from him.

The person working when I went in was a very nice man he did my fingerprints for me explained the process and my paperwork to me and even mailed it off for me. Great experience.

I’ve been going here for 15 years and AJ and his wife have always had the answers to all my questions and shipping needs . I rarely do reviews but i had to stop and appreciate all they have done for my company . AJ even helped out my son with his tax returns! A one stop shop ; right here in our La Verne Community. . Thank You

I went here for a life scan. No appointment. Walked in and waited 2 mins while the attendant helped another customer. Then she gave me the scan and within 10 minutes I was in the car on my way back to work.
