Visiting this postal annex is always a treat. I am greeted with a smile and how are you every visit. Blas is always dependable and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment. They always go above and beyond to ensure I get the most ideal option for whatever I am sending or need help with.

Lazy employee made every excuse not to help send a package to canada. A measly ten pound package for my friends birthday and acted like I was sending packages to North Korea. Told me to take it to UPS. No quotes no nada. If I wanted to just drop it at UPS I would do that, im injured so I cant. I guess they just sell scratchers here now. I went down the street and the other shipping company shipped it out for me no problems. NO EXCUSES. Wont be back.

I visited in early July of 2024.
There is plenty of parking out front. The business to the very south wasn't open so that allowed even more places to park. I was greeted and helped immediately. I had to complete a live scan. The person that helped me was professional and courteous. The live scan costs about $65 and took less than 15 minutes.
The business wasn't crowded at all, although there was people coming and out to check their mailboxes.
Overall, a positive customer experience and an apparent good place to have a P O Box as well.
5 stars and highly recommended.

Called with a simple question. Unfortunately Blas, who claimed to be the manager, was definitely having a bad day. So it took us 5 minutes to work thru his anger before I got my so simple answer.

USPS package dropped off to never be seen again. Received tracking number a week later nothing. Told to contact USPS but I think it never even left . Thanks for nothing
