I would not recommend going to this location during the week on your lunch hour because they get very behind and you'll be late getting back to work... even if you order ahead. Other than that, the food is always delicious!

Very disappointing. I ordered 2 cups os soup and a shrimp burrito, 30 MINS LATER we walked out the door. The small bag of stale chips was a lousy bribe to win me over. For OK food I don't recommend. There are much better places to go for a reasonable wait. I won't go back there.

I can't help but be infuriated that an establishment would charge $4.18 for a fountain drink. This business is only interested in their bottom dollar and to take advantage of people is wrong. I won't be giving another dime to this establishment.

I ordered through the app and went in to pickup. I waited 15 minutes past the expected pick-up time. I gave them their time because they were a bit busy. However when I asked the GM about my order, he looked around and found a burrito that had been laying there on the counter the whole time and said, oh this must be it. He then proceeded to start bagging that burrito. I told him that I want it remade because it is probably cold by now. He just turns his head and says we'll get it for you man. He has no sorrow or kindness in his attitude to look at me and apologize like a man. So rude and just not caring. My order was never bagged and handed to me or placed on the front counter like TWO other mobile orders were handed out before me. The whole time I was waiting, he was just talking to the girl cooks in the back about snowboarding. And while I was waiting his back was turned to the front register and customers were just standing there not being helped. Another customer told him that the Diet Coke was out and he said okay. That same customer went back to get it a while later and it was still out and he had to repeat it again. This is the kind of horrible customer service I observed the whole time I'm waiting for my order. I heard the GM say something to the cooks to warm up a tortilla after I said I want mine remade, so I don't even think they remade mine and just dumped the ingredients in a new tortilla. The GM didn't even try to find my receipt or order to figure out why my burrito got lost. He didn't even tell the cooks anything about my order. I used to be a GM of a fast-casual restaurant and if anyone acted like this, they would get written up and possibly let go. This GM shows that he doesn't care about the customer and I will never come back to this horrible location. I was then given my order without a receipt, which all the other mobile orders have taped to them. He got my drink ready and put it on his counter, but when he handed me my food he didn't give me my drink that was right there behind him and I had to ask if I can take one from the cooler. Seriously? Like he did that on purpose just to be difficult. Just a complete lack of awareness from this "manager".

I want to begin with in times past I have had good experiences at this Rubio's. However, on MLK Day (1/15/2024) the experience I had was one of great disappointment. My girlfriend and I went to this Rubio's for lunch. The wait period was rather lengthy because logically observing the work factor there weren't enough employees. Not enough cooks and not enough front desk people. One woman came out later to help and then disappeared into the back when her help was needed because of the immense crowd. I believe she did not want deal with the crowd. The only person at the front was slow and yet friendly, but too slow for the crowd. Sometimes no one was at the front to take orders or receive payments. One of the employees could not find the people that had ordered Salmon Burritos, and he took them back. I do believe my girlfriend got one of them instead of the Blacken Salmon Burrito she had placed. I say this because our food was cold, and it seemed that our food sat under the lamp for too long. My food was terrible. These employees need to be replaced with competent ones. My girlfriend and I will not be returning. Our money is better used within places that care and run professionally. By the way, some of your salsas were watered down! And the tables were dirty, no employee bothered to clean them. This is unacceptable hygiene wise. Being filthy is inexcusable!

The food is okay, but every time I visit it is so uncomfortable here. It always too cold, whether it is Summer, Spring, Winter or Fall. The bean side looks like it was designed for an infant. 2 x 3 tacos dinner $40. Still Hungry.

Food is good. I like that they have kids meals. Rubios has THE BEST churros. Fish tacos are a yummy classic.

Outstanding food and customer service . Crew member Zane was very helpful regarding my menu option questions . The salsa bar was immaculate! Speed of service and cleanliness outstanding . This was a very pleasant dining experience . I had the lobster and original fish tacos .
