“I enrolled both of my daughters to bright beginnings almost a year ago and they have had the best care for both of them. They treat all of the children kindly and care for each of them. My 2 year old began potty training and it’s been a hard journey, but Ms. Monique and Ms. Kobi have helped me with ways I can encourage her at home. They both gave me instructions keeping her in underwear without a pull-up and bringing in enough clothes to change her. After witnessing a conversation between Ms. Kobi and a parent, I must say she kept her calm throughout the situation and showed professionalism all the way through.”

“I feel safe bringing my children here. I can trust that they’ll be cared for properly because their teachers are very attentive. If there are ever any issues, Ms. Heather, Ms. Carlotta, and Ms. Jackie listen to my concerns & take action promptly and appropriately. They maintain a very strong standard of care; and both of my children have had good experiences with their teachers.

The director and her office staff are pretty incredible! Even though hiring and supervising new teachers is a time consuming endeavor; they make sure each teacher is on fully vetted. Both of my girls have had the same Two’s teacher, Ms. Andrea, who makes sure the room runs smoothly and the children have their water bottles and needs met. My family is also very appreciative to Ms. Cassie who helped my youngest daughter’s entry into the toddler room go smoothly.

Currently my oldest is having a wonderful time in her new classroom. She comes home talking about all the new things she learns from her teachers, Ms. Jen and Ms. Sherry. I feel they’re doing an amazing job with her.”
