Staples is a well organized, smaller store. Shopping experience is always logical and easy. Associates and cashiers are very helpful.

Floor staff immediately came and asked if I needed help, which I did. Walked me over to exactly what I needed and showed me to some options, the name brand I was looking for AND their own store brand. I bought one of each! Cashier greeted me, asked if I was a rewards member (I am) and keyed in my phone number. Very speedy service and helpful, friendly staff. I was happily pleased with my visit to the La Verne store on this day. Thank you.
**SIDE NOTE: Staples brand performed just as well as the name brand, and it was a little cheaper. :)

Staples is one the 'staple' stores from pre Amazon era. I would love to support local business like Staples. Hope we see you for many years to come. The representative at the store was so courteous and even offered to roll the box that contained the heavy chair I bought to my car. Good job Staples.

I had to go to Staples to get copies made. Stephanie, the young girl at the counter, told me all the steps involved in sending the info from my phone to the printer. Keep i mind that I'm a 71 year old senior citizen, and truthfully, I felt totally lost. Yet she would not come over to help me. She went to help others at different printers, but not me. I asked several times. At one point, I had to sit down on my walker because I couldn't stand any longer. And still she refused to come help me. I wound up leaving and not getting what I needed. On my way out, I commented that I hoped if her mother ever needed help, I hoped she got better service than I did. Her comment was only, "I'm sorry you feel that way." No apology or anything. She simply did not do her job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
(I only gave one star because I wasn't allowed to give zero.)

Customer service is great and the associates are all very helpful. The copy and print department gets busy a lot so i appreciate their urgency in helping customers as soon as they get the chance!

Just went in to make copies that were supposed to be double sided. I didn’t know how to work the machine properly. I calmly went up to the service desk and an employee named REN was extremely condescending and rude. 3 times he repeated how I should know the options to a machine I am not familiar with. How sad that this is how rude he acts to customers who make ask for help.
