Just went in to make copies that were supposed to be double sided. I didn’t know how to work the machine properly. I calmly went up to the service desk and an employee named REN was extremely condescending and rude. 3 times he repeated how I should know the options to a machine I am not familiar with. How sad that this is how rude he acts to customers who make ask for help.

***This review is for Amazon Returns Drop-Off only*** After spending a Saturday afternoon with my Mom at San Gabriel Valley area, it was time to head home. I had two Amazon return packages to drop off at Staples. Btw, there aren't very many Staples off of the 210 Fwy. Anyhoo, I happened to be driving on Foothill Blvd and kid you not, I caught Staples at the corner of my eyes. I said no way, but universe said way LOL. I wasn't even looking for it, but I knew I had to eventually look for it. Maybe I manifested it LOL. Thank you universe! I quickly made a right turn into the plaza and drove on over to Staples. I told my Mom that it would be quick. Well, it wasn't as quick as I would have liked. Internet service was extremely SLOW and I mean SLOW. Luckily, the internet finally came through for me to access my Amazon return emails. Otherwise, I may not have been able to complete the returns that evening. Upon entry, I find this Staples a tad smaller than most. But then again, it doesn't matter. I wasn't shopping... I just needed Amazon Returns. I found it on my right near the copy & print center. The staff member came on over, but I wasn't ready with my return emails due to slow internet. He went on to doing other stuff while he waited for me to get it all together LOL. I eventually got my emails opened. The gentleman came back over and started scanning my return items. After all was said and done, he gave me one receipt for both items. At other Staples locations, they would give me one receipt per item returned. Yes, I was kind of concerned because the receipt indicated total items returned as 1. However, the gentleman reassured me that the receipt was for both items returned. He was very firm about the procedures. He said one transaction for both! Cool! That's his story and that's how I'm going to tell it. Yes, I got both refunds two days later. Thank you sir!

I've used the self service at this location several times in the past year, I've never had an issue, today 9/27/2023 I scanned and emailed several documents that never made it to their intended recipient, o understand once it leaves the server they're not responsible for it, but I called the store concerned because there was a lot of identifying information, the guy who answered sounded like he thought it was a big joke and spoke to me in a condescending tone.

Last time I pick up stuff here... my orders always say PM... but obviously my ID will not say that.. even when you know exactly the items oh we can release it... like I go to other staples and I use my ID and phone number...they are oh yeah verify the number...like who will take the time to go steal paper... just saying they could have been more customer friendly ?

Employees in printing services always seem miserable. Went in to pickup an order, very easy and straightforward. The older gentleman working there, maybe a manager?, made it seem like tedious and annoying? If you don't like what you're doing, maybe you should leave. Horrible customer service

I needed passport pictures at short notice. Tried the warehouse clubs and pharmacies but was unable to get this done. Went to Staples and Ren in the printing and copying section helped me right away - despite being overwhelmed with a work order , AND the fact that this store is currently understaffed like most other businesses. Staples passport picture equipment has the best software and adjusts the size of the pictures according to the requirements of different countries (also in database)

Ren is an amazing asset to Staples! I had a poor experience and another branch (that's closer to my office) I came to Ren at La Verne a couple months ago and I was so pleased with how I was treated I only come to La Verne now.I've probably spent 3-5k in the last several months with Ren and the projects are always perfect. He goes above and beyond to make sure to not only hit my deadlines, but to help me out! Last project I screwed up and forgot to add contact info - I didn't realize until after 100 copies were made and laminated... Ren came in clutch and found a way to save the project and got me stickers created same day to fix the issue!Today I made one of my largest orders to date and he made it look easy! The store was so busy and customers were getting upset... Ren took care of me while simultaneously helping out an upset customer!Honestly I can't imagine a better experience.Thank Ren! The projects you've helped me with have been crucial to my companies growth!

I went in this morning to make copies and the picture came out to small, I talked to Natalie in the photo copy dept. she was working on a big project and mine wouldn't be ready till 1pm. My meeting in Burbank was 11:30am. I told her the do it yourself copies were coming out to small, she said she was ahead on the large order she had to get out but give her 5 min. and she'd help me. Natalie did a great job on my flyer's, she went above & beyond for me. My flyer's came out great and I made to meeting on time. Natalie is amazing! I wish all staples employees were like Natalie. ?
