Got no where really fast here with an issue of them paying off our Verizon contract in order to start T-mobile. Promised, not done, left on our own to pay it off after it showed up negatively on our credit A YEAR AND A HALF LATER AS DELINQUINT. Two more payments on our phone and I'm dumping them.

These dudes are gd, they got my color back on the phone in 10 mins. He fix it. I was over at the so. Pomona store off Gary. They couldn't figure it out an told me to go to best buy ( figure that) cause they are not,,,, Technicians. An he couldn't help me with another issue. But this store off foothills, they got it going on, fix both of my issues, after leaving that Gary st store, I was ready to pull the trigger on t- mobile .... thanks to guys off foothill, I will stay a little long.

Wish I could zero stars for this useless location. They don’t even work inside the store. They set up shop outside & want to business outside. When asking for pin to transfer your #, you are told to call customer care or access this through the app. What’s the point of having a store if I have to call or access through the app? They’re essentially homeless taking money & not giving any additional information other than call customer care. What happen to face to face quality customer service? Useless store never go just call customer care. You won’t get the face to face respect but customer care is sufficient with the information given. Not sure why t mobile has a physical location…

This group of workers are unhelpful and unprofessional. They have a fold up table sitting up front outside on the walkway. When I stated I don't feel comfortable paying my bill outside like this. They said this is the only way. And they gave no other options considering you have a business with a huge room set up just for that service. Again this was outside on the walkway! A great place to get your information stolen or copied. And that would create a huge pain in the neck with the banks.

My stepson bought two cell yesterday he wanted me to get a new phone and new line when we get there no customer we’re in the store one employee of the store told us that we were to many people and some of us need to stay outside he was very rude when no one was in the store the good thing about it is I don’t have to make business with them for his acción

Friendly and efficient staff. We went there to transfer our mobile numbers and data from our old phones to our new ones. The entire process took less than 35 minutes for 3 phones.

Essence was patient with us and what was a long process in getting us set up on new phones as well as changing service from Verizon. All the staff at this store had a friendly, helpful attitude . Paula helped expedite some tech things.

This is directed to T Mibile corporation. Charging a late fee one day after the due date is quite crooked. If you had say two million customers that would net you over 167,000 a month. So let's say one morw time .. crooked!!! This store has nothing to do with this and is welcome to pass it on to the T Mobile powers that be.

Do NOT buy your phone from this T-mobile store. They have no clue what they are doing and it took me over a month to fix the mistakes they made. Customer service has finally resolved the issue and this store was no help whatsoever for mistakes made on their end when selling the device.

Switched to T-Mobile today from Verizon. I asked to keep my old phone number and simply transfer from one family plan to another.The representative in-store made a crucial mistake and gave me the phone number of my mother-in-law. And now my mother-in-law has my phone number.Now I'm trying to sort through this mess and I can't get helped until at least 24-48 hours... YIKES!

Dear T-mobile, Residents, Customers,I Have had really good experiences with T-Mobile, the only problem with t-mobile I have now is that last good experience was years and years ago, I had a phone stolen from me years ago, finally retrieved all my things from the theft, and went to go buy another phone at the exact same store I bought my last phone from, I needed a 500 dollar deposit, right before I was going to give him the 500 hundred someone came in and said something to him about a phone she has he looked over at me a few times during their conversation. After they were done talking, he walked over to me seen the money and after the credit check and everything bumped it up to 1000 for 1 phone, the first phone I had was paid off early. This isn't a first time I had an issue with this. Last time I made a phone call to a t-mobile to confirm a price, they confirmed and when I hung up I called right back before I started to head down there and someone else answered and said they could not confirm anything because they had to be sure my information fit the right ethnicity, so when I went down there for a phone and brought my I.D. and when I showed them my I.D. after the surprised look they had on there face they seemed to be upset that my ethnicity was different from who normally got phones in my name. The normal self was right in front of the cashier. So if the normal self was different on the PC that was probably the issue.
